For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Wonderful!!! Beautiful condo! Great location! Management company was so caring! There isn’t much of a beach view left because a house have been built on vacant lot but that didn’t bother us. Would rent again!

By the sea

I’ve made it an annual post Christmas tradition to spend time at Seagrove. For the past three years I’ve made it a point to stay at Palms because it’s such a hidden gem! B9 did not disappoint. The condo was perfect, so bright, lovely, well appointed, and simply beautiful. The view was even better. Thankful for such a wonderful week away at my favorite place.

Perfect Getaway

We loved staying at The Palms for our trip to Florida. The unit was in pristine condition and had everything we needed to cook at home and/or relax. It was perfect for our kids (ages 3 and 5) - while the bunk beds are in the hallway without a door, they were so exhausted after playing at the beach that it didn’t matter. Close enough to downtown Seaside but also had access to a less crowded beach. Loved it!

We really enjoyed this condo. he interior was lovely and clean. We got our work outs in climbing the stairs, but it was worth it for the view. The location was convenient to everything we needed, and access to the beach was easy. My only recommendation for improvement is that we did not receive the code for the gate to the beach before we arrived. That would have been helpful. But there is a public boardwalk we were able to use.

Not what we expected

The photos are not updated. The thumbnail shows a beautiful view of the coast. What you actually get is a loud construction site. Hammers, nail guns and commercial equipment beeping all day.I understand construction will happen, but you should let the guest know you can no longer see the ocean view you advertise.

Basic condo, construction next door

Nice condo, relatively clean & spacious for 2-3 people. My teen boys are too big for the bunks. No extras for indoor or outdoor activities. We saw an unwanted pest - management communicated but we are unaware of any resolution. Biggest issue was construction next door - photos reflect a green space but a new building is going up with lots of construction noise which made it hard to enjoy the balcony 7am-4pm. Disappointing that this wasn’t communicated on the listing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is a great location, right on the beach and an easy walk to Seaside. It is updated and decorated cute. It could use a deep cleaning - the floors turned our feet black (wear house shoes!) and the couch pillows should probably be replaced. Other than that, it did seem clean. It is very spacious for two people - may be a bit cramped for more. The bunk beds and couch are not super comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on 30a! Even with the slight cleanliness issue, I would stay here again and recommend it.

The unit is beautiful, the bed comfortable and the back porch and living room has a great view and the kitchen has everything we needed. However, it would have been nice to know that this unit was on the third floor with very steep steps. As 65 years olds we were able to climb up and down, but it was kind of difficult after a day on the beach. Also the internet is very weak; it was ok for us but if someone is working during their vacation they will probably need to make other arrangements for internet service. It also would have been nice if we had known the code to get through the gate to get to the beach without having to wait for another guest to come along and tell us.

Don't Stay Here!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was not cleaned thoroughly. Floors were probably never mopped and the coffee pot inline water filter was molded and full of coffee grinds. If you walked the floors with white socks they became black real fast. No elevator, wooden steps only to the third floor and very slick when they are wet.

You can’t beat the location or the beach. You can easily bike everywhere and won’t need to use your car. The community itself was the cleanest that we’ve experienced in Seagrove. The hose station, and the pool were cleaned daily. that makes such a difference. The only thing that I could comment on would be that the Pool Furniture does need updating. We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was excellent. The condo was very clean and convenient and the view of the Gulf was great. The only things that slightly bothered me were having that many steps going down and then returning from the beach. And there was not enough flat hard packed sand areas on the beach for walking, running or riding my bike. Plus, I'm not a very technically savvy person so I didn't know how to work the TV remote in the living room but we weren't in the condo that much so it was ok.
