Beachside Condominiums offers gulf front and gulf side accommodations, located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This 3-story complex features a community pool and private beach access. Located along scenic Hwy. 30A, in the heart of Seagrove Beach, between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The 19-mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of Hwy. 30A is conveniently located in front of the complex.

Beachside Condo 5 is on the second floor - east end and overlooks the Gulf with breathtaking views. This lovely decorated condo sleeps up to 8 with a king master, guest queen with a set of bunks and queen sleeper sofa in the living area if needed. The newly updated kitchen and breakfast bar open up to the living area and balcony.

Beachside has a community pool and there's a private boardwalk for accessing the beach. The location is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and area activities. The best amenity is the mesmerizing Gulf.

Your stay at Beachside Condo 5 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Relaxing stay

The condo was just right for us. The kitchen and both bathrooms have been renovated. The appliances in kitchen are new along with a new washer dryer. Benchmark was very easy to reach and responded promptly to any requests. Thanks for a nice 2 weeks.

We stayed here last year as well. It was a great beach front location for us last year. Last year the master bedroom mattress was really uncomfortable and worn down. We gave that feedback after our stay last year and we are excited to report the mattress was updated and quite comfy. Only 2 complaints we have is with it being a 2nd floor location, needless to say the renters above us were like a family of elephants and walked SO HEAVY so we were kept up all hours of the night and couldn’t snag a quick nap during the day. The other concern was a HUGE cockroach we found in the master bathroom floor and my husband spotted one in the living room. We couldn’t kill the one in the living room but did the one in the bathroom.Great management company - great with prompt communication and easy check in/out. Would stay here again.

Master bed was the most uncomfortable bed my husband and I have ever been in! We had to fold out the couch bed and sleep there! everything else was great, just need a better mattress!

Lovely condo right on the beach.

The condo at Beachside is great, as they all are. Unfortunately we missed 2 days of vacation due to Hurricane Michael, but we were able to come back Thursday to finish out our trip. Gulf Power and all the crews that worked the panhandle are amazing. Dealing with Garrett Realty was a bit of a challenge due to power outages, but that was to be expected. Overall we had a great time and would come back. Only con: Being run by a Realty company, you didn’t have the personal touches like coffee filters, spices, etc. that usually are in the condos, but it wasn’t a deal breaker.

Relaxing beach getaway

1st time to this area and LOVED it! Condo was as pictured, very clean and well equipped for our needs. The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. There were games, puzzles and DVD's available in the entertainment center for evenings or when you needed a break from the sun. The view was amazing and the beach access was right there! We loved that the area was not busy and was just so laid back and I enjoyed watching the dolphins swim by while enjoying my coffee from the balcony every morning and just listening to the sound of the waves. We brought beach gear with us, but there are a couple chairs, a boogie board, some nets, fishing poles and a beach cart available to use in the hall closet. We would definitely come back here.

Great location, place a bit dated

Pros: The location is ideal! We enjoyed the ocean from our balcony and had most everything we needed. The books and the few games were a nice touch. I used the wrong code to get in, and they were super responsive in getting me a new one. We used the pool one time and enjoyed it. Cons: The condo itself is a bit dated and while I think they cleaned it OK, it didn't feel clean because of a slight musty smell and the fixtures, tile, etc. being older. The WiFi isn't strong, and we did miss having a smart TV to steam movies but that was our miss in reading the description. Will we come back? Yes, to the area, but no to the condo.

The books and board games are a great addition for a rainy day. Unfortunately, our area only has one internet provider, so signal isn't the greatest! During busy times, the internet does tend to get even slower. We've found this to be an area wide occurrence here at the beach. While we know that doesn't help the situation, we hope it's informative for future stays! This complex is a little older, but many people do love it and return year after year! We're glad that we were able to help you get into the unit! We stopped in across the street and the staff was professional, friendly and helpful.Location on beach is wonderful...literally on the beach and a beautiful view from balcony.Kitchen is up to date. Unit was clean and fully stocked with towels etc as communicated. Our unit had breakfast bar. Unit was comfortable. Bed was average condo quality. We liked it so much we stayed an extra week.

Great Location, Condo needs an update

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the location was absolutely perfect being right in the beach, the condo is getting to needing an update. The kitchen and laundry appliances were updated which was great, but the furniture in the living room we covered with a sheet to even sit on. There were also water spots on the ceiling and the bathrooms could use a refresh. Again, the location was perfect and compensated for some of the other factors. However, for the price being paid and other comparable units, this one needs to up the game. It’s hard to assess the cleanliness of the condo when we couldn’t even sit on the furniture without putting a sheet in it, we bought a swifter and used it daily. Lastly it was nice there were sand toys in the unit which was great for our daughter.

Perfect Location

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location. The view and proximity to the beach are amazing. There were a few issues with the unit that took away from our enjoyment of the property. When we arrived, the sliding glass door had been left cracked open. The locking mechanism needed to be fixed. This left the unit with a strong musty odor and the furniture felt wet from the humidity. The management company was responsive to sending someone to fix the door and other items that needed attention. The dishwasher was inoperable and was not repaired during our stay. The kids beds had sand in the sheets. The issue of the musty odor was never corrected. Damp Rid could have possibly helped. The rinse off shower by the boardwalk to the beach was also inoperable.

Spectacular View

Bricely Beachside Condo Stay

It was a little slice of heaven being oceanfront with sweeping views of the ocean in each direction. We would wake up to dolphins swimming by each morning, and watch the sunset from the balcony each night. It was amazing to be so close and convenient to the beach. Our teenage girls went from beach, to pool, to condo while my husband and I mainly kept our toes in the sand. We enjoyed dinners out in Seaside and Seacrest, donuts from Dough-Sea-Dough, and bike rides along the bike path. We also did a day at Shell Island, renting a boat with friends. We had great weather all week with the exception of a little wind courtesy of Hurricane Ian. Thank you so much! We will be back!

Our week in Condo 5

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo needs some updates The outer balcony area is filthy, TV's are outdated (1 smart tv would have been nice) and has an outdated 2014 cable guide. The router, cable box, numerous remotes are all stored on top of the master dresser with a bunch of blinking lights at night that are annoying. We booked another condo at the same building that week for other family members, it was night and day difference in appearance. We also had to spend extra money on toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, laundry detergent, dish detergent, trash bags because the property company will only give you 1-2 of these things knowing you are required to book with them to stay a week. Will not be booking with Benchmark in the future. We have stayed other places where the property managers give you enough basics for the course of your stay.

Glenn, We are very sorry to hear your stay with us was unsatisfactory. Our records show we were never contacted regarding any cleanliness issue while on your stay. If upon arrival, you find any issues at the property please reach out. We would love the opportunity to resolve any concerns in hopes that you have a pleasant stay. We will also pass along any updates you believe the property would benefit from to the correct parties. Regarding the supplied number of items during your stay, in your signed rental agreement we inform you that you will receive a starter kit for your stay. This kit includes,1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. Plus, 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. And finally, for towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods. We include this in our rental agreement in hopes that all guests can prepare as needed for their stay. We apologize for any difficulty you had on your stay and would love another chance to provide you with a 5-star vacation. Sincerely, Benchmark Management.
