Enjoy a stay in the charming town of Smithville in this historic 2 bedroom cottage set amongst amazing garden's and outdoor spaces. The cottage is walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. Other nearby attractions include Beuscher State Park, Colorado River, Golf, zip-lining. Smithville is a short drive from major cities of Austin, Houston and San Antonio. It makes for a great place for a quick get away, family reunion or antiquing. (Can add studio for add'l space - sleeps 4).

The cottage is fully stocked with comfortable beds, linens, kitchen supplies, washer-dryer, ironing board, iron - everything you need to make your stay great!

There is also a studio on the property that rents separately that sleeps 2 (completely separate yard and space - VRBO 1869923

I love the historic district of Smithville and all the unique homes.

What makes this property unique

I fell in love with this house when I bought it. It is so quaint and just feels good. This house has high ceilings and old world charm at it's best.
