QUIET APARTMENT AMONG GARDENS

Our apartment is located in the peaceful and small Guajara residential area, just a short walk from the historic center of San Cristóbal de La Laguna, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
We offer a very quiet and cozy one-story accommodation, nestled between two gardens.
The apartment features an open-plan living and bedroom area that leads to a lovely terrace where you can enjoy the morning sunshine.
The fully equipped kitchen is separate and also opens to the exterior. Its access to the back garden allows you to dine outside or relax in the sun on the lounge chair.
The bathroom includes a shower, towels, and a hairdryer.
The bed is double, and we also have a sofa bed for a third person.
We provide all the information you might need about the island, including activities, hiking trails, restaurants, etc.

The city of La Laguna, a religious and cultural capital, was declared a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1999. It is located in the beautiful valley of AGUERE, surrounded by mountains in the stunning Anaga mountain range, a popular spot for hiking.
The nearest beaches: La Nea in Radazul is 10 minutes by car, Playa de las Teresitas is 15 minutes away, and more.
Nearby, you’ll find pharmacies, tobacconists, restaurants, supermarkets, and a large shopping center.

A great place

I have spent 6 days in this appartment and it was a delight. The host is really nice and helping. You have everything you can need and more. The place is perfect to rest and move around in the North East of the Island because it is at the center of almost everything. Thank you for everything Loren, I had a great stay.

We loved Loren’s apartment, it was better than in the photos, lovely vibe. Easy access to everywhere . She’s a lovely woman , she even brought us medicine when we were sick , thanks again Loren .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Loren's apartment. We didn't have a car but could easily walk to nearby Supermarkets, and the main La Laguna Bus Terminal was within 25 mins walk to enable us to travel into Anaga and enjoy day walks. The kitchen was very well equipped and we were able to prepare our own meals - small touches that make a big difference! Comfortable living space and the porch area enjoyed the sunshine when it wasn't quite so warm outside. Use of the wachine machine was invaluable for our dirty walking gear for sure. Loren was very helpful and hospitable and it was a pleasure to meet her and to stay at the Apartment.

A spacious, comfortable studio with very well equipped kitchen. Our host left some very useful provisions like fruit, vegetables, milk, coffee, oil and spices. Everything we needed for our holiday, like cool bags, laundry detergent and beach towels. The outside areas were lovely but too cold to appreciate in January, but the little conservatory was great. Loren was very kind and attentive to our needs.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Anaga-Gebirge

Ich suchte eine kleine Wohnung für Wanderausflüge und habe sie mit dieser Wohnung gefunden. In wenigen Minuten gelangt man auf die Autobahn um schnell Richtung Norden oder Süden zu kommen. Das Anaga-Gebirge und die Vulkanhochebene sind auch von hier aus sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Küche bot alles um jeden Tag eine warme Mahlzeit zu kochen. Die großen Gefrierfächer habe ich sehr geschätzt. Auch ein gewisses Sortiment an Gewürzen war fantastisch, weil für die kurze Urlaubszeit nicht immer alles kaufen werden kann. Die Ausstattung ist nicht mehr ganz so neu aber alles funktionstüchtig. Zu zwei Seiten der Wohnung gibt es einen nutzbaren Außenbereich mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Ich fand den überdachten Vorraum des Wohn-/Schlafraumes sehr schön zum Sitzen, als es draußen mal nicht so warm war. Loren war sehr gastfreundlich, unaufdrindlich aber immer erreichbar, wenn man etwas brauchte. Vielen Dank.

Estancia perfecta

Mi pareja y yo nos alojamos en el apartamento 6 días, todo fue genial. Loren nos recibió muy amablemente, nos dio las indicaciones precisas para llegar. Además nos dio recomendaciones de qué lugares visitar y qué planes se podían hacer por la isla, lo que nos vino muy bien. El apartamento es muy acogedor. Tiene todo lo necesario (enseres de cocina, toallas, mantas, ventilador, tele) la cama es muy cómoda y tiene un sofá cama. Lo que más nos gustó fueron los dos patios que tienen muchas plantas y dan una luminosidad excelente. Si abres los dos a la vez entra una brisa súper agradable! Otra ventaja es la ubicación, a 10 minutos del aeropuerto y super cerca de la autovía para poder desplazarte. Además Santa Cruz y el centro de La Laguna están también muy cerca. La zona es muy tranquila, que es justo lo que buscábamos. Se puede aparcar fácil justo al lado, en las plazas de aparcamiento de la calle. En resumen, Loren fue muy atenta y amable y el apartamento tenía todo lo que necesitábamos y con una ubicación excelente. Una estancia perfecta!

Très déçue par rapport aux précédents commentaires. Logement sombre surtout la chambre, ça sent le renfermé, pas de soleil en soirée, chambre très froide. Les avions qui passent au dessus, pas très tranquille. Accueil de la propriétaire très bref, jamais revue pendant notre séjour. Ensemble moyen pour notre part.

Charmante kleine Wohnung mit eigenem Garten

Loren ist sehr gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit und unaufdringlich und hat auch Tipps für die Insel bereit. Zur Begrüßung gab es sogar ein Bier. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, in der Küche und im Bad sind auch alle Basics vorhanden (Gewürze, Öl, Essig, auch Nudeln, etc.). Die Wohnung liegt auch relativ nahe an Bushaltestellen was sehr praktisch ist, da Teneriffa sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Bussen erkundet werden kann. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt und hatte auch immer wieder mal ein Pläuschchen mit Loren. Vielen Dank!

Saubere Ferienwohnung, idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderer und Strandliebhaber

Die Wohnung liegt nahe der Städe Santa Cruz und La Laguna. Ich bin nun schon das zweite mal auf Teneriffe gewesen und finde die Lage ideal für Wander- und Strandausflüge. Will man möglichst viel von der Insel sehen kommt man ums Auto nicht herum. In meinen Augen ist die Lage im Nord-Osten deswegen so gut, da man ruck zuck auf der Schnellstraße ist. Das Anaga-Gebirge liegt praktisch vor der Haustür und zum Teide-Nationalpark oder dem Teno-Gebirge kommt man jeweils in einer knappen Stunde. Auch die Strände wie der Playa de La Tejita im Süden ist in gut 45 min erreichbar, der Playa de Las Teresitas erreicht man in knapp 30 min. Die Wohnung ist einem gepflegten Zustand, die Wohngegend ruhig. Ich denke die Wohnung ist ideal für Alleinreisende oder Pärchen. Lidl und Co. sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Die Gastgegeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Ich kann diese FeWo empfehlen.

Muy contentos

El alojamiento es cómodo y limpio, en una zona tranquila donde siempre encontrábamos aparcamiento al lado de la casa (teníamos coche de alquiler). Muy cerca está el Alcampo, a 5 minutos en coche. La anfitriona, Loren, amable, atenta y dispuesta a ayudar en lo que necesitas. Si volvemos a Tenerife algún día, seguro repetiremos alojamiento.

Super logement et super hôte

La location de Loren a correspondu à toutes nos attentes. Très agréable et calme. Très central pour visiter la Laguna et pour parcourir les sentiers de randonnées d'Anaga. De plus Loren est très sympathique. Nous vous recommandons vivement cet endroit.

Perfect place to stay!

Loren is an excellent host -she makes every effort to make sure you have an enjoyable stay in her lovely charming maisonette flat. She has great advice and interesting suggestions about places to see and where to eat etc. On the other hand if you want to stay in and cook...then every useful piece of equipment is provided for you. I absolutely loved the place....it was great having 2 outside areas (providing sun and shade). Loren's place is a 30 minute walk from the historic town centre of La Laguna.....and a 15 minute walk (in the other direction) of a large shopping centre. I didn't have a car, but I must say the public transport system in Tenerife is excellent with regular bus and tram services nearby...enabling you to visit lots of beautiful places around the island. I'm sure I'll return to Tenerife and Loren's place!
