Cannot get better!

So impressed by the property which is facing the sea . No street between the apartment and the sea . Only walking trail . Nice to sit at nite and get a glass of wine on the balcony. Quiet as it can be The kitchen is fully equipped with more than u can expect. Pasta, rice, Tomatoe sauce, cookies , spices etc…. The owners left me all types of Exotic fruits , wine ,soft drinks etc….. To welcome me . Reflection of the kindness of people. Thank you so much for your wonderful welcome In the canarias .

Our hosts thought of everything

We have never stayed with nicer or more friendly hosts than Rosa and Jose and their apartment reflected that generosity. Besides the water, wine, bread and delicious local cheese they left for us, the cupboards were stocked with all the basics (oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, spices. Even other useful things such as flour, baking powder, rice and pasta.) Plenty of pots, pans, glasses and cutlery, but also an electric blender, whisk and juicer. Whatever we needed seemed to be in one of their well-stocked cabinets. There was an abundance of towels and essentials in the bathroom, the bedroom was quiet and the bed was really comfy. The apartment was, as described, only a few yards from the ocean, with a balcony overlooking the peaceful esplanade where we sat out to catch the morning sun on the days when the weather allowed us. Unfortunately, we did have some dreadful wet and windy weather during the week, but there was a really comfy couch, good wi-fi and lots of books, games and films to keep us entertained. On good days we enjoyed walking along the esplanade and through the village, and also the well maintained and signed stone path along the coast. A car would be useful but not necessary, although Puertito de Guimar is a relatively untouristy village it has lots of pleasant bars and cafes and two small supermarkets to supply all our needs. There is a bus stop five minutes from the apartment with hourly buses to Santa Cruz. As previously mentioned, we can't thank Rosa and Jose enough for their help and kindnesses, the lifts and the wonderful meal we shared and will definitely see them again in the not too distant future.

Unsere Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich und sehr um unser Urlaubswohl bemüht. Unsere Kommunikation lief stets zügig und vollständig ab. Alles klappte prima. Wir genossen den freien Blick aufs Meer vor der Haustüre, vor allem den Geruch und den Klang der Wellen. Die Sonnenaufgänge waren fantastisch. Gerne wieder!!

Dès notre entrée chez Rosi et José, nous nous sommes sentis attendus, que d'attentions! Bouquet de fleurs, bouteilles d'eau et de vin, plateau de fruits délicieux cultivés par leurs soins. Rien ne manque à l'équipement de cet appartement très propre et très clair, et quelle vue! Sehr schöne Wohnung, genau so, wie beschrieben. Es war bereits unser zweiter Urlaub in Puertito de Güimar, da es uns hier so gut gefällt. Gute Infrastruktur (Supermärkte, Bäcker, Metzger, Restaurants, etc.), kein Massentourismus, angenehm ruhig und dank Autobahnanschluß idealer Standort für Ausflüge in alle Regionen Teneriffas.

Vollständig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer

Rosas Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles da, was man zum kochen und waschen benötigt, der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Das WLAN war super schnell und die Zeit auf dem Balkon mit dem wundervollen Ausblick auf das Meer (und bei freier Sicht auch auf Gran Canaria) sehr erholsam. Einzige Anmerkung: Das Bett ist recht schmal, die Matratze aber sehr bequem.

Wohnung wie inseriert.Gut ausgestattet , zentral u doch ruhig.Nur ein paar Meter zum Naturschutzgebiet.Gastgeber sehr freundlich und über Tel. La perfection

Vous séjournerez dans un appartement propre, avec tout à disposition, un canapé confortable, des dvd, des serviettes de douche et de plage…La vue est magnifique et l’emplacement est calme. Prenez soin de ce lieu qui rend heureux. Et si vous avez l’occasion de passer un moment avec les propriétaires : considérez vous chanceux car vous ne rencontrerez pas 2 fois des personnes précieuses comme elles dans votre vie.

schöne Ferienwohnung mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und tollem Meerblick aus der ersten Reihe :-)

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Rosa und José sind tolle und sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Betreuung: Von der Kommunikation, über zur Verfügung gestellte Reiseinfos- und Empfehlungen, bis hin zu einem netten Abend mit den beiden war alles top. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen und hat eine super Lage. Diese ist noch besser ausgestattet als man in den Wohnungsdetails entnehmen kann (bspw. Taucherbrille, Schnorchel, Schwimmflossen, Sonnenschirm, Hüte/Mützen und vieles mehr). Der Ort ist sehr schön gelegen und bietet alles, was man zum täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Restaurants, Cafe´s, Supermärkte und eine Bäckerei sind binnen weniger Schritte erreicht und bieten allerlei Leckereien an. Wir sagen Danke für die Gastfreundschaft und kommen gerne wieder :-)

Tolle Wohnung mit Super Meerblick :)

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung stimmte komplett mit dem Inserat überein. Rosa ist total nett, die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Auch als sich unser Flug mehr als drei Stunden verspätete, war Rosa pünktlich zur Übergabe da. Sie hat uns zum Empfang einen tollen Blumenstrauß mit einem Obstkorb und regionalen Köstlichkeiten bis hin zu einer Flasche Wein hingestellt. Sehr netter Empfang. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

I loved it.

Rosa and José are wonderful hosts, their property is in a four storey block and on the second floor. The other apartments are occupied by ordinary Canarians who were very pleasant and helpful. As a solo traveller I had everything I needed, and enjoyed a lovely evening meal with Rosa and José at their local "pub". I will certainly return.

Very homely and comfortable apartment with great sea views

A real home from home with generous and hospitable owners. Very clean and comforable. The sound of the sea was fantastic. We did not have a hire car as we had already toured the island. There is a realiable bus service ( approx every hour) from very close to the apartment. ( Santa Cruz approx 40 minutes, Guimar town approx 20minutes) A well stocked supermarket and good bakery with home made cakes is close by and there is a visiting farmers market on Thursdays . A good choice if you want somewhere " Canarian " away from the mass tourist spots.

Unschlagbar schöner Ausblick und schöne Wohnung

Unser Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Zu allererst: die Gastgeber, Rosa und José, sind super! Der Empfang war total herzlich, es gab ein Willkommensgeschenk, Wein, Köse, Brot, Obst und sogar ein Andenken an Teneriffa. Ebenfalls eine Essenseinladung, wir waren landestypische Spezialitäten und Wein in einer Taverne kosten, wurden dafür abgeholt und wieder zurück gebracht. Die Wohnung selbst ist groß genug für 2-3 Personen, die Küche ist besser ausgestattet als es viele Küchen zu Hause wohl sind. Sie ist wirklich für alle Eventualitäten gerüstet. Es waren so viele Gegenstände vorhanden, die man sonst mühsam besorgen oder mitbringen muss, angefangen von Öl, Gewürzen, Kaffee, Tee über Kosmetika, Toilettenpapier, Waschpulver, Müllbeutel, etc. sowie Handtücher, Einkaufstaschen, Sonnen- und Regenschirm, Reiseführer, Bücher, Filme, etc. Die Waschmaschine und der Kühlschrank waren recht neuwertig und haben super funktioniert. Einen Parkplatz im Hinterhof gab es auch, was gut war, wenn auf der Straße bereits alle Parkplätze belegt waren. Es handelt sich um einen klassischen Altbau mit hohen Decken, jedoch für deutsche Verhältnisse ungewohnt kleinen Fenstern (Fensterfront im Wohnzimmer ausgenommen). In dem Haus wohnen auch Residenten. Als Verbesserungsvorschläge würden wir nennen: - größeres Bett, 1,40 m, für 2 größere Erwachsene sind schon knapp, und der Raum gäbe genügend Platz für ein größeres her. - Die Couch ist sehr, sehr weich - Die Dusche könnte gelegentlich renoviert werden - evtl. könnte man anderssprachige Fernsehsender empfangen, den Tatort am Sonntagabend haben wir schon etwas vermisst :). Der Ort als solcher ist absolut ausreichend für einen ruhigen Urlaub. Es sind alle Einrichtungen des täglichen Bedarfs vorhanden, man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Der Strand ist ebenfalls sehr schön und nicht überlaufen. Alles in allem können wir diese Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen.

Wunderschön !

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen mit Meeresblick in phantastischer Lage. Zudem mit allem ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war ausgezeichnet ( ein unglaublich netter und herzlicher Empfang ) dafür sind wir sehr dankbar ! Wir haben uns hier wirklich sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Nur zu empfehlen !!
