Thank you, Livy! We're thrilled to hear our home was perfect for your bachelorette weekend. Your kind words about our responsiveness mean a lot to us. We can’t wait to welcome you back for more memorable stays!
Thank you, Carrie! We're thrilled you had a great stay with us. Your kind words mean a lot, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another wonderful visit!
We had an incredible experience here! The home was beautiful and looked just like the photos. You can tell the owners care about their property. The owner was also extremely helpful, responsive, and gave us tons of recommendations for our stay. I would definitely stay here again!
We stayed the weekend at this property for a bachelorette party. There were 11 women, and it always felt like we had plenty of room. The property is beautiful, well kept, and felt very safe. George was responsive throughout our visit. Would highly recommend!
This house is incredible. Went to NOLA for a bachelor party and this house had plenty of space for all 8 or us. The house is very nice and well maintained also. The streetcar stop is right outside or it’s a very quick Uber/Lyft to the French Quarter. Would definitely recommend this property to any group visiting NOLA.
The home allowed everyone to have personal space while still being able to congregate in the 2 family rooms to spend time together. The streetcar stop directly in front of the home made it simple to travel to the French Quarter, art museums, and the WW2 museum. The streetcar also made it easy to enjoy the nightlife without being concerned with having to drive.
The home inspector entered the home unannounced using the entry code. He proceeded to the room where my daughter was
sleeping and said he needed to report us for still being in the home. It was not the 11:00 check-out time. He was asked to leave. He also came back a second time before check-out. This was an intrusion on our vacation time and totally unacceptable. The host however did apologize.

We sincerely apologize for the mix up in timing. We have communicated this with our staff to ensure this type of incident never repeats. Thanks for being so accommodating and we look forward to another opportunity to exceed your expectations
This house was spacious and accommodated our large group. The house was tidy and ready to go, but the floors were very dirty. It was a less than 10 minute Uber ride to Bourbon Street, which was great; however, it was in a sketchy neighborhood. Random people would be sitting on the front steps and it was a little alarming. The code was not correct that they gave us so we waited in very hot temperatures until they answered our messages. There was an issue with the plumbing, but the owner got a plumber over immediately to fix it. Overall, it was a nice house and very updated.
This house is very nicely refurbished with great space for multiple adults (seven in this case). There was plenty of room for all of us to sit around and talk. I found that we spent a lot of time around the island in the kitchen sitting in the most comfortable bar stools I've ever seen. The location of the trolley stop directly across from the house is a plus and an excellent way to get around New Orleans. I would suggest that anyone wanting to use the trolley take the time to study the routes to make travel around New Orleans easier especially going to the Quarter where parking is at a premium. We were able to purchase a multi-day pass at a very reasonable price making trolley travel even more appealing. The half bath under the stairs is an excellent use of space and gives that needed extra half bath. This is a wonderful house with upgraded appliances and beautiful finishes. The neighborhood is quiet which made our stay even more pleasant. I can highly recommend this property.
A group of 12 of us stayed here to celebrate a birthday. There was plenty of room for us all to sleep comfortably. The house came equipped with kitchen supplies and towels. The home has been beautifully renovated and was conveniently located next to the Canal streetcar, easily accessible to the French Quarter. Would recommend this house for large groups or a family vacation. Owners were very responsive and accommodating.
The owner was wonderful and more than accommodating. They gave recommendations and were on standby for the trip if we needed anything. House has plenty of room! The only recommendation I would advise for is dishware. Would stay here again!
10 of us gathered for a bachelorette celebration and we were not disappointed! The pictures are very accurate to the actual residence. I loved that the house had a surround system for our moments of getting ready for heading out!! George was super responsive to any inquiries I had while at his residence. We would definitely stay here again.
Property is super cute and clean. Changing neighborhood and very easy access to public transportation. Property manager was very responsive in getting towels we needed. The only downside was the low amount of plates, bowls, and such. Perhaps come with paper plates to compensate. No measuring cups and spoons if you plan to cook.
The property was more than enough for all of us. It is a quick drive to everything, clean, and the extra security was nice to have when we left to enjoy NOLA. Thank you for having us.
Overall, this property accommodates 12 easily and was the perfect distance to New Orleans. 20 minute walk to Bourbon Street. Comfortable sleeping arrangements, great amenities (surround sound speakers), and easy parking for a couple cars. Highly recommend staying at George's property!
We stayed here for a bachelor party during mid-May. The house easily fit nine guys, with plenty of room and bathroom space. The downstairs is massive and the master bedrooms are nice. Extra points for a great sound system and large kitchen/dining area. The surrounding streets were a little rough, but we never had any issues and we walked back and forth from the French Quarter multiple times over the weekend (about a 30-minute walk). George, the owner, was responsive throughout the weekend. We'd definitely stay here again.
House is great for a big group, lots of beds, bathroom and space to hang out. Neighborhood is easy walk to French Quarters, bit of a walk to real grocery store and about as "safe" as it gets for NOLA. Extra bonus, the sound system.
