Walking Distance toOld Town LaQuinta

Our stay was fine and we liked being able to walk to old town LaQuita. Also liked walking to Fritz Burn's Park. Both my partner and I enjoy reading. There was absolutely no place to read or a reading light in the condo. A table would have been nicer than the uncomfortable stools at the counter. I have to say that the rectangular toilet was also very uncomfortable too. Georgia 🌻

Hi Georgia - Thank you for your feedback! We have a comfy couch that is perfect for reading as well as 2 chairs on the patio that face beautiful mountain views. We have easy to use shutters to let in natural light during the day. All of our lights are on dimmers and can adjust for preferred brightness level. We would have been happy to help you adjust them if you had reached out to make your stay more enjoyable. We're sorry you would have preferred a table. We take pride that our listing shows exactly what we have to offer so there are no surprises to guests. All of the condos in Casitas Las Rosas are set up for efficiency with the counter top and none have room for a table (that we know of). We recommend all guests thoroughly read the listing to make sure it's the right fit for them prior to booking! We're sorry you found our toilet uncomfortable. We hope you didn't spend the majority of your stay on it!

Immaculate living space and best experience ever!

The communication from Jessica was phenomenal throughout the entire process and stay. The area is very safe and quiet. Glorious views from the front porch and bedroom window. This condo is a rare gem. The entire condo was incredibly modern. The wine cooler, the lighting, the amazing fully stocked kitchen/laundry area, the BATHROOM, the walk- in closet, the tv's , the furniture .... I seriously loved it ALL! I could not have asked for a better stay while working my summer internship. This condo provided much comfort and peace after long, hot days of assisting farmers and ranchers in the Palm Dessert area. Thank You Jessica and Karen for this amazing property and experience. It was definitely hard to leave your beautiful property.

Outstanding accommodations!

I found this hidden gem to stay at when I came over to the desert. The condo is absolutely beautiful and the location is walking distance to great hiking and restaurants. The fancy shower is amazing as well! I will definitely be staying at this location again when I return to the desert.

Amazing property!

This property was fantastic! The shower was incredible with the rain shower and sauna feature. We loved how accessible it was to the Old Town La Quinta area and were able to walk to dinner. It was very clean and exactly as the pictures showed. We will definitely stay here again!

We are located directly across from Old Town La Quinta which has great restaurants, bars, and shops. There are also great hiking / walking trails close by! The pool and spa are conveniently located just around the building with patio seating for your outdoor enjoyment. You can also take in a beautiful mountain sunset from our patio.
