This was the ideal getaway for me and my friend. It’s close to the beach and has so many amenities that are so thoughtful for when you are at the beach. My husband our dog Apollo enjoyed our 3 day getaway the place was exceptionally clean, which is a pet peeve of mine when searching for vacation rentals! Communication with the host was the best we’ve had we even extended for a late check out which was easily accommodated. This place was just as described. We came for the beach and an event in St Augustine. Beach was 2 short blocks away and I walked it a couple of times each day. 10-15 mins to historic district where we spent 2 of our 3 nights there. Place was well stocked! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, plenty of space

Our family of 4 stayed last week and it was perfect for what we needed. The two bedrooms gave us and the kids plenty of space. 5 min walk to beach , 3-5 min ride to all the beach hotspots, and 15 min to downtown was perfect to see and do all St Augustine had to offer. A few minor issues we had upon check in were quickly resolved by the property manager! Would definitely return again !

Len Weeks, my husband, is a General Contractor and built this duplex in 1982. When we first started dating in 1987 we lived in this unit! So of course this is a very special place for us. We are both business people. Len runs his general contracting business & maintains 20 long term residential and commercial rental properties. Kristy owns Panache: an Aveda store, salon & spa right down the road if you are in need. This is our fourth vacation rental and we are enjoying hosting many from far and wide. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have!

Very well cared for property with a cozy, comfy, relaxing feel. Have coffee, from the provided coffee bar, on the side balcony in the morning and listen to the birds chirp. Walk two blocks to beautiful St Augustine beach but don't forget the boogie boards, chairs, cooler etc in the outside closet provided for you. Grill dinner and sit by chiminea at night in the side yard and listen to the ocean waves. Peaceful, serene and relaxing environment in well cared for clean home you will sure to be comfy and cozy in.

See some of the finest collections of fine and decorative 19th century art and Tiffany Glass in the country. Cap off the night with the Old Town Trolleys Ghosts and Gravestones ’"Frightseeing" Tour of nighttime St. Augustine. Take a sunset cruise on the Schooner Freedom, a 72-foot sailboat.
