About this property

Detached villa for 8 people with wifi and outdoor jacuzzi, with direct sea views

Three floor mediterranean type house completely renovated, with two large terraces and an outdoor Jacuzzi. (not heated). Located in a residential area on a hill with views of the whole line coast, with communal area that includes a swimming pool. (open from June to September). Smart TV and Wifi. Barbecue.
In a very quiet area only 2 km from the center of the village and beaches.
Supermarket three minutes by car, easy access.
It has two double beds and four single in three bedrooms, with one bathroom each (2 showers and 1 bathtub), living room, fully equipped kitchen, terrace on the ground floor and solarium on the top floor with views of the entire coastline. Air conditioning (heat and cold) in living-room and main bedroom. Ceiling fans (and electric radiators) in the other two. Sheets and shower towels not included, but there is the possibility to rent them on site.
Final cleaning included for stays until 3 weeks.

Urlaub im Ferienhaus in Peñiscola

Schönes gemütliches Ferienhaus am Ende einer Sackgasse mit Pool und Grillterrasse und herrlichen Blick auf den gesamten Ort. Alles sehr ordentlich und gepflegt. Der Aufenthalt war fast wie zu Hause. Sehr nette Vermieter die sich um alles gekümmert haben.

Comfortable elegance with a spectacular view

We spent 4 weeks in this lovely home and had a wonderful vacation. The main floor living room, dining room and kitchen are all spacious, welcoming and well designed for comfort. We really appreciated the Nespresso machine and the spices, oil and cleaning products which were provided as well. Directly off the living room is a large terrace with a modern charcoal barbeque, large table and chairs as well as a lovely pool. While the pool was not heated for the winter weeks when we were there, it was kept clean and was a really nice water feature to have. Sitting out during the day we enjoyed the gentle gurgling of the pool and in the evenings it is lit up from within. The terrace had morning and afternoon sun until about 3 pm in January/February when we were there. In addition to this terrace there is a roof top terrace accessed from an indoor stairway off of the master bedroom hallway. Sun lounges and chairs are provided up there but the masterpiece is truly the view. From either terrace one can see 270 degrees of mountain ranges, the entire seafront and the castle. It is breathtaking. Multiple sets of towels, bedsheets and blankets were provided for each of the beds and bathrooms. We only needed the heating in the evenings, but it kept us very cosy. The wifi is strong, fast and accessible from everywhere on the property. The house is in a lovely, well kept community which is quiet, safe and welcoming. The villa is a steep 50 - 70m climb from the main road. We did not have a car while we stayed there, so we brought all our groceries up the hill in a little shopping cart. 10 mins walk to the supermarket, 25 to the seashore. For us the location, including the walk up the hill, was one of the things we enjoyed most about this location. It kept us fit and made us feel like we’d earned that glass of wine on the terrace in the afternoon. As wonderful as this rental is, by far the best feature is the hosts. Itziar and Miguel could not have been more welcoming and caring. They really went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable, and had everything we needed. We really felt like we were more than just another group of tenants, they made us feel like old and valued friends. Their attention to detail made this a 5 star vacation experience and I wholeheartedly recommend this rental.

Très jolie maison correspondant totalement à l'annonce. Jolie décoration et équipement très fonctionnel. Bien située, au calme, avec une vue magnifique sur Peniscola. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le jacuzzi privé sur la terrasse. A proximité de tout en voiture (commerces, plages). Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles. Excellent séjour que nous referons avec plaisir.

Muy bonita

Hemos pasado unos días con los niños y los abuelos. Una casa bonita y un entorno estupendo. La temperatura en la sierra es estupenda. Los propietarios atentos y agradables, pendientes de que no nos faltara de nada. Como anécdota, una noche cenando en la terraza nos hizo una visita un zorro y fue muy agradable ver lo cerca que estábamos de la naturaleza. Seguramente repetiremos.

Escapade à Peniscola

Tres bonne situation de cette location :vue magnifique ,calme,à deux pas de la ville.Le seul bemol de notre sejour ne concerne pas la maison mais le manque de parking à Peniscola. Je vous conseille les plages et criques de la reserve naturelle,difficiles d'accès mais ça vaut la peine.
