VILLA WITH POOL IN VINAROS:

Villa with private pool located 60 meters from the beach in an ideal location. It has a garden, barbecue and outdoor solar shower.

Our house is located in Cala Puntal, on the South Coast of Vinaros and very close to the beach. In one of the best areas and with 3 restaurants nearby. In addition, it has been extensively renovated in 2022.

Enjoy walks along the sea along the new pedestrian and bike lane, located 10 meters from the house. Have fun in the large pool and cool off in the outdoor solar shower at night.

Easy parking, WIFI and perfect for 6 adults and 2 children.

THE CHALET:

Our chalet / house has a spacious garden with grass and plants, as well as a sunbathing area located next to the pool. It also has an outdoor solar shower, which you can use to cool off under the starlight.

The chalet has three bedrooms, two toilets, a kitchen, a living-dining room and a garage.

It has three bedrooms for two people each (6 persons). A living room with two sofa beds and two services with shower, sink and toilet. Two bedrooms have been completely renovated with new furniture and new mattresses.

In addition, it has a newly renovated kitchen. A garage where you can park a car and an entrance to the garage where you can park another car inside the same chalet.

WIFI internet connection, television with satellite dish and channels in different languages.

Kitchen with microwave, refrigerator with freezer, Dolce Gusto or Nespresso coffee machine, wide variety of utensils, juicer and sandwich maker. It also has iron and ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine and garden hammocks.

AREA:

Our house is located in Cala Puntal, on the South Coast of Vinaros, 50 meters from the beach.

The bike and pedestrian path that runs along the sea to the center of town is located 10 meters from the house.

In one of the best areas of Vinaròs, with three nearby restaurants and a 3-minute drive from Carrefour, Decathlon, Foster Hollywood, etc.

RENTERS:

We only rent to responsible and clean people. This house is perfect for families with children.

The people who rent the house should bring the bedding for better hygiene.

We do not ask for extra cleaning fees, but we do ask that you be careful and clean and try to leave the house clean.

Normally we check in from 15:00 p.m. Check out is usually from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. From 9:30 a.m. to 15:00 p.m. we carry out cleaning services.

The tenant must indicate the number of people before making the reservation.

We love animals, but you must also indicate if you are traveling with a pet and the type of pet.

During the summer, we hold rentals from Saturday to Saturday. You can enter later or leave earlier, but we charge for weeks.

During the winter, the minimum rental is 700 euros. We do discounts if you book it some weeks or months.

Very nice house

Mooi huis in een rustige omgeving.

Het huis met de tuin en daarbij het zwembad (ong. 90 cm diep) was prima. De sofa's in de huiskamer en de matrassen van het tweepersoonsbed zijn dringend toe aan vernieuwing. Badkamers en keuken zijn gedeeltelijk opgeknapt, maar mogen nog wat verdere opwaardering krijgen. Het huis staat zo'n 50 m. van een trap die naar een kiezelstrand voert. Die kiezels vonden wij wat minder. De buurt waar het huis staat is rustig. Recht tegenover het huis is een cafetaria. Het eten daar is goedkoop en redelijk, maar niet opzienbarend. Wij hebben enkele keren lekker gegeten bij El Vago op zo'n 200 m. afstand. De eigenaar van de villa is welwillend, vriendelijk en discreet.

Wunderbare Ferien

Wir hatten mit unserem Hund eine wunderbare Ferienzeit. Die Familie, der das Haus gehört ist sehr nett und bemüht ihren Gästen alles Recht zu machen. Das Haus ist perfekt für Urlaub mit Hund, da das Gelände komplett eingezäunt ist. Außerdem ist es freistehend, was super ist, da man keine "Wand-an-Wand-Störgeräusche hat, und der Hund so nicht ständig anschlagen muss. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig. Teilweise etwas altbacken, aber alles funktionsfähig. Die Küche ist ziemlich neu, mit großer Kühl-und Gefrierkombie und auch sonst ist alles drin, was man zum kochen braucht. Ein Backofen ist nicht vorhanden, doch wir haben ihn auch nicht vermisst. Super ist der Barbecue-Grill neben der Terrasse, den wir oft und gerne benutzt haben. Das Einzige, was wir in der Küche vermissten war eine Filter-Kaffeemaschine. Es ist zwar eine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden, allerdings eine von Senseo, glaube ich, die, für die man die Alu-Einzel-Portionen kaufen muss. Das möchten wir der Nachhaltigkeit wegen nicht, darum haben wir uns im nahegelegenen Einkaufszentrum, das in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist, eine Filter-Kaffeemaschine gekauft. Ansonsten hält das Haus alles, was es verspricht. Es hat sogar eine Garage, in der sich auch die Waschmaschine befindet. Das Haus ist etwa 50 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Absolutely great!

We couldn't have wished for anything more, it was great! The location is amazing, so close to the beach, in a calm neighbourhood but still close to the city. The house itself is fulfilling all your needs, with a nice (dog safe!) yard, a pool, a barbecue, all the kitchen appliances you can possibly need. Clean too. We will definitely come back!

Mala gestión

La casa estaba sucia se notaba que habían fregado los suelos y pasado un poco el trapo, tenía telarañas las puertas del salón que se quedaron ahí, el mobiliario le hace falta renovación, una de las camas estaba el somier roto nos dimos cuenta al 3 día y el dueño nos insinuó cuando lo vio que lo habíamos roto nosotros, le dijimos que ni que eso estaba doblado, oxidado y pegado con silicona las tablillas. A los 2 días trajo otro y dijo que habrían sido los anteriores... La piscina desde el 1 día estaba el agua sucia, nos dijo que vendría el siguiente sábado. Un día vino a poner una bombilla y vio el somier se le dijo que la piscina estaba sucia. Vino el sábado cuando trajo el somier y lo único que hizo a la piscina fue hechar un poco de cloro y dejar unas pastillas en el filtro. Se le dijo que si no la iba a limpiar y nos dijo que el jueves, a 2 días de marcharnos. Ya el miércoles estaba la piscina hecha muy sucia, tenía tanta sucidad que estaba indecente y nos dicen que si que mañana vendrían a limpiar que podíamos haber avisado antes. Cuando llevábamos desde hacia ya una semana diciendo que ese agua estaba sucia. Nos ponen la excusa que llueve arena, que es agua de pozo, que los bañadores se nos ponen amarillos por el tipo de crema solar que utilizamos etc.. la depuradora la encendían 30min a la mañana y 30min a la noche y que eso es lo que le dijeron a ellos que valía para limpiar la piscina, de 15 días 4 han utilizado la piscina. El señor se iba por los cerros de Úbeda cambiando de tema y diciendo que éramos unos privilegiados por estar en esa zona... Como si no lo hubiésemos pagado. Sin contar con que se nos fue la luz y resulta que viene el señor y nos dice que que teníamos puesto para que se saltase la luz, estaba la lavadora y algún móvil cargando (comentario del señor que pongamos la lavadora a las 11 de la noche que el mes pasado pago 150€ de luz) que si podía entrar a ver. Le decimos que la veciana tampoco tiene luz que pensábamos que era de la calle en general no se qué toca el señor fuera de la casa y vuelve la luz a la vecina y a nosotros. A los días nos enteramos que la casita por ponerle nombre a lo que había al lado nuestro era también del señor que nos alquila la nuestra y que la vecina no tiene ni si quiera el cuadro de luces en la casita. Y el señor no dijo nada cuando le dijimos que nos pareció raro que se nos fuera la luz si no teníamos nada como para que saltará y que la vecina tampoco tenía.

Sehr schön und absolut empfehlenswert

Alles war wie beschrieben, sehr schönes Haus, komplett eingezäunt, daher mehr als nur empfehlenswert für Menschen mit Hund / Hunden. Der Pool war sauber, groß und schön. Meer ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir empfanden im Gegensatz zu anderen Bewertern, das gegenüberliegende Lokal nicht als zu laut. Manchmal war die Garagenzufahrt zugestellt, aber das Personal war sehr hilfreich und daher war auch dies kein Problem. Der Vermieter und sein Sohn waren sehr freundlich, flexibel und hilfsbereit, besser geht es gar nicht. Man ist schnell in der Stadt (auch zu Fuß). Die Einrichtung ist absolut ausreichend und schön. Besteck, Teller etc. alles vorhanden. Waschmaschine etc auch und hat alles funktioniert. Einzig das WLAN war etwas problematisch (gerade für die Kinder), aber überwiegend ging es und war daher für uns auch nicht schlimm. Insgesamt kann man sagen, war alles wirklich toll und daher eine klare Empfehlung.

belle et grande maison fonctionnelle, juste à côté d'une belle crique (prévoir les chaussons de surf car ce sont des galets!!) jolie piscine, et en cette période d'octobre, tout est calme. on s'y sent comme à la maison! nous reviendrons! le propriétaire est très gentil et très abordable!

Bonita casa

La casa de 10,una gran piscina para poder disfrutarlo tanto adultos como niños.Las habitaciones perfectas también.La casa está muy bien ubicada ya que tienes una playa a 200metros sin necesidad de coger el coche en ningún momento,tb hay que decir que ha 7min andando hay un centro comercial donde teneis un Carrefour bien grande.Hemos ido con dos perros grandes sin problema ninguno.Justo enfrente de la casa tenéis un bar donde se cena y come muy bien. Y ahora vienen unas cuantas cositas que tenéis que saber. -El cloro de la piscina mancha los (bañadores/biquinis)los pone amarillentos tener cuidado. -El aire acondicionado va aparte del presupuesto de lo q tengáis q pagar. -50de fianza para dejar toda la casa impoluta de como lo vimos(siempre lo solemos hacer pero que te avisen de esa forma no es una forma muy adecuada) -El wifi no habido forma de ponerlo,no esque no hubiera cobertura esque ni aparecía el nombre.

Kontakt zum Vermieter war gut und freundlich, die englischkenntnisse vom Vermieter sind verbesserungs wünschend. Einzug ins Haus verlief ohne Probleme. Entfernung zum Meer ist genial ca.100m, so das der Schwimmbad schon nicht notwendig ist. Leider befindet sich gegen über vom Haus eine Bar/Restaurant die leider bis 2 uhr Nachts offen ist. Auch am Wochenenden bis 5 Uhr betrunkene Gäste sind zu hören. Garage und die Einfahrt zum Haus wird oft durch die besucher von der Bar zugeparkt. Die Möbel und Austattung im Haus sollte langsam ausgetauscht werden. Geschirr und Gartenmöbel sollte erneuert werden, so wie auf 6 Personen ausreichen. Leider war das nicht der Fall. Die beschriebene Waschmaschiene hat leider nicht richtig funktioniert. Wir hatten das Gefühl das diese defekte im Haus den vermieter nicht interessieren. Trotz allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub. Unsere meinung nach ist der Haus für den Preis zu teuer. Contact the Owner was good and friendly , the english, knowledge by the proprietor of improvement are wanting . Entry into the house went smoothly . Distance from the sea is awesome 100m , so that the pool is already unnecessary. Unfortunately located opposite the house a bar / restaurant which unfortunately until 2:00 at night is open . Even on weekends until 5am tipsy guests are heard . Garage and the entrance to the house is often overpopulated by the visitors of the bar . Furniture and Equipment in the house should be changed slowly . Crockery and garden furniture should be renewed so as to 6 people enough . Unfortunately, that was not the case . The washing machine described did not work properly . We had the feeling that these defects in the house do not interest the landlord . Despite all we had a great holiday. Our opinion, the house for the price is too expensive .

Carrefour (super market) is about 750 mts. There is a restaurant/bar near the house. Mercadona is about 2.5 kilometres.
