About this property

Comfortable cottage in SOUTH BURGUNDY

Rent independent cottage, completely new with all the comforts (free WIFI access) for 5 people maximum on 1500 m² of enclosed and planted land, private parking in the courtyard.
Shaded places in the orchard with GARDEN LIVING ROOM, BARBECUE and TRANSATS to spend pleasant moments of relaxation. For children: large portico with rings + 2 swings. Quiet area, all shops including 2 supermarkets less than 2 minutes by car.
* Animals accepted after our agreement and provided that they are not left alone inside and outside the gîte.
* FREE LOAN OF mountain bikes, rides from the cottage.
* BOARD GAMES + LIBRARY + tourist documentation provided.
* ORCHARD FRUITS.

DESCRIPTION:
- Large and very bright living room with TV / TNT / WIFI access, sofa + fitted kitchen area (dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer, washing machine ...).
- Bathroom with shower, heated towel rail and hairdryer.
- separate WC.
Upstairs :
- A 1st bedroom with 1 double bed for 2 pers.
- A 2nd bedroom with 1 double bed for 2 pers. + 1 bed of 90 for 1 pers.
- WC + hand basin.

ACCESS:
15 minutes by car from CHALON-SUR-SAONE, 8 minutes from TOURNUS (A6 motorway exits at Chalon Sud and Tournus), 1 hour from LYON and 3 1/2 hours from Paris

TO HAVE :
- THE BOURGOGNE WINE ROUTE: the gîte is located between the Côte Chalonnaise and the Mâconnais / Beaujolais (cellars, cooperatives, vineyards to discover), tourist map available.
- For fishing or swimming: the SAONE, the 3 LAIVES lakes 8 minutes from the gîte and many other quiet rivers ...
- Walks from the gîte, 33 hiking circuits between SAONE and GROSNE (guide provided) + the picturesque Chemins des Moines or GR 76.

Calme, repos et découverte

Chouette petite maison, agréable jardin pour les enfants et quartier tres calme. Nous ajouterons un bon accueil de la part des propriétaires, de bons conseils qui nous ont permis de découvrir la region à souhait. Nous recommandons cet endroit.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce gîte neuf et très bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles. Le seul bémol est la proximité de la ligne de chemin de fer (trains de jour comme de nuit, un peu gênants en plein été lorsque les fenêtres sont ouvertes).

Concernant ce problème, vous êtes les premiers à nous le signaler depuis la création du gîte en 2014. Mais nous allons y remédier en installant une climatisation prévue pour 2021, comme cela éventuellement les personnes pourront dormir les fenêtres de chambre fermées sans être dérangées. Par contre, c'est très rare d'être à proximité d'une ville sans avoir aucune nuisance sonore ; pour cela il faut privilégier les gîtes en pleine campagne si l'on préfère le calme par rapport aux commodités. Malgré tout, notre gîte est en retrait de la ville et de ses nuisances, il est situé dans une rue sans issue avec un passage routier insignifiant !

Sehr schöne Woche!

Ein kleines Ferienhaus mit allem, was man braucht. Das Grundstück war perfekt für unseren Hund, der sehr gut herumtoben konnte. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und begrüßten uns mit Wein und selbstgemachter Marmelade. Die Umgebung ist perfekt zum spazieren gehen. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu besichtigen. Alles prima!!

Séjour de rêve à Sennecey-le-Grand

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances en Bourgogne. Le gite est parfait et les hôtes sont charmants et plein d'attentions tout en restant discrets. Que dire du parc très arborisé merveilleux pour y manger ou faire la sieste à l'ombre. Une documentation très détaillée sur tout ce que l'on peut faire dans la région est mise à disposition par la maîtresse de maison. Très calme

A l arrivée nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires et en plus une bouteille de vin et de la confiture faite maison maison très propre et fournie en vaisselle un plus les vélos un barbecue et un grand espace clôturé nous y retournerons car la bourgogne est une belle région

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gite. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques (très bon accueil et ils mettent à disposition pas mal d'informations sur les activités à faire dans la région). La maison est très agréable. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement des équipements fournis (cuisine, jeux pour les enfants,...) et du très beau jardin(avec sa balançoire). Nous recommandons ce gite pour passer un beau séjour en bourgogne.
