Perfect Perdido Key property

Perdido Sun #208 is a great place to stay. It is very spacious, clean and has wonderful views. Parking and check in is easy. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is in a safe location and within walking distance to great restaurants. We are repeat visitors and will continue to use Perdido Sun as our vacation spot. Always a great time!

Nice Perdido get away

Overall a good weekend get away to Perdido Key. Accommodations at Perdido Sun were good. Friendly staff at the front desk and grounds. The unit 208 had all the extras we needed in the kitchen. The master bedroom bed was not as comfortable as the guest bedroom one. Bathrooms were adequate. We loved the close proximity to shops and restaurants as well as the short walk to the beach.

One week of paradise!

We were totally blown away by the ocean view, when we entered the front door. Perfect layout of master suite and second bedroom provided needed privacy for my wife and myself, as we were traveling with our 17 year old daughter. The pull out sofa bed provided a comfortable place for our 19 year old Navy son, we were visiting, to stay the weekend. Full kitchen provided everything for us to cook amazing meals, when we decided not to eat out at the amazing restaurants next door. We’ll be back!

This was the first time we have ever had to take a picture holding DL & send it in to Host within 24 hours or have reservation canceled. This was a little scary to us, but after calling VRBO & them calling host to verify it was not a scam, we complied. And because our DL had our old address, we had to send copy of another document showing current address. The stressful part was getting all this done before morning or else be canceled & lose rental amount already paid. But once it was all taken care of, the rest of the experience was good & we enjoyed our stay. Condo was pretty much as shown.

Good stay

We love the property and have visited there on and off for over ten years. Two issues: 1) the code for the unit door was not set for us, so the code we used didn’t work. Had to text and call Southern. The texting had slow response. 2) the building had low occupancy, and the parking lot was never close to full. We had people here for a funeral in separate cars, and were not given adequate parking spots. On a slow week this was very rude and unnecessary: takes away from your time here if you are worried about being towed. The lady at Perdido Sun should have had some flexibility with us on this slow week.

We enjoyed our stay! I love the proximity to the beach. The condo was very spacious and clean. The balcony was great! I loved the location! The toilets did not flush too well and flushed very slowly, but it was not anything serious. Overall, we had a great experience! We definitely would stay at this location again.
