Villa ACAEPA

Villa ACAEPA is a really lovely villa in a nice, quiet part of Benissa. It’s decorated with great taste, and we felt at home right away. We had a fantastic four-week stay and honestly I don’t have anything negative to say, just a few suggestions. I always treat a rental property like it’s my own. The only thing I’d recommend is giving the doors and locks a bit of oil once a year. One of the doors was a little difficult to open, and I adjusted a couple of the kitchen cupboard doors because they were rubbing together. Other than that: all positives! The owner should be very proud of such a beautiful villa. See above

La casa está cómoda de usar, porche muy agradable El jardín estaba lleno de cacas de perro. No había cambio de ropa de cama, ni manteles (íbamos 2 semanas y suele haber). Servicios muy justitos

La piscina, la terraza y el interior estan muy bien. La villa esta bien situada en lugar tranquilo. Ideal para relajarse. No es una villa para el verano porque no tiene climatizacion. Ideal para primavera. Hay un problema con la presion del agua, es muy difficile ducharse .

La zona exterior muy cómoda, invita a pasar tiempo fuera con los amigos y la familia. Podría tener una barbacoa mejor, que fuera más alta y un poco más grande.

Unas vacaciones mas íntimas

Destaco lo bien equipada que está la cocina, la casa espaciosa y acogedora a la par de sencilla y muy funcional. Lo pasamos genial. Ideal para los que quieran disfrutar de la tranquilidad y comodidad de un entorno precioso y amable. No salimos de la piscina a pesar de que muy cerca hay una cala muy bonita. Avisar que no hay barbacoa sino plancha y dar un pequeño aviso para la gran cantidad de mosquitos, que sobre todo se sienten en la noche, para no pillar por sorpresa.

Ameublement très agréable et contemporain TV Le satellite ne reçoit que quelques chaînes françaises et seulement d’infos. Très dommage de ne pas capter les chaînes principales françaises

BEAUTIFUL VILLA IN GREAT LOCATION

The villa was in a quiet location but not far from the beach and shop. It was clean. There was plenty of outside space and had lovely gardens As we rented for a week we needed more towels and tea towels. Pool towels would have been good too. Needs to be an information booklet of the area.
