Composed of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 super equipped kitchen, 1 super bright and air conditioned living and dining room and a private swimming pool, New; superb roof solarium with sea and mountain views with an area of 75m². 800 meters from the villa is the beautiful cove of Cap Blanc and not far from the Ifac golf course.
The supermarket is 10 m from the villa.

Nice and specious house on a perfect location

The property is specious and conditioned (all rooms). The location is perfect, near supermarkets, short drive to the centre and if the pool isn't cooling you down enough, the beach is as close as the city centre. The house is in a dead-end road, which makes it quite with a lot of privacy.

Really Lovely - Photos & Description don't do it justice

I booked Casa Mila at the very last minute for a 12 night stay, it's the end of the season too so I think the villa may have been empty for a little while. The cleaning could have been a little better on arrival but other than that it's FANTASTIC. The photos don't do it justice, really modern with everything you could need. Danielle the owner is SUPER responsive, we had 2 small issues with the pool cleaning and the showers not draining and she had somebody over immediately to sort it. The location is great, just across the road from a supermarket, some bars (1 of which is Irish) and a few restaurants (Fab Indian which is so reasonable) and a lovely 20min walk into Moraira. I would definitely go back. It's peaceful but with plenty of facilities close by.

Casa Milla is een prachtig huis. Schoon, zwembad is perfect. Gelegen in een rustige buurt, met een supermarkt op loopafstand. Prettige communicatie met beheerders. Goede parkeerplaats. Eigenlijk alles wat je nodig hebt voor een heerlijke vakantie. Ik kan dit huis aan iedereen adviseren!

Danielle est une personne de confiance et très réactive quelle que soit le problème. La Casa Mila est idéalement situé, calme et au près de plusieurs commerces, plages et criques.Nous avons donc passés un très agréable séjour.

verblijf was prima, alleen gehele huis zelf schoongemaakt, alle handvatten en lichtknoppen waren plakkerig, vloer en toiletten zelf gereinigd, zwembad elke dag schoonmaken door de dennenbomen die er omheen staan, huis en locatie is prima alleen de schoonmaak werkzaamheden mogen stukken beter voor het bedrag wat je ervoor betaald.
