Enjoyed, but..........

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am a regular and pretty easy to satisfy. The two complaints were that the sleeper sofa had a pee stain on the mattress cover and the gas grill would not light. I will say that when reported to the property manager, they were professional and apologetic and had the cover replaced...but pee stain big stain is gross.

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd trip to Tennessee and 3rd time using Elk Springs Resort for our stays. Each time we stayed in a different t cabin based on number of people attending. Smokey Ridge View did not disappoint. It was described with good views of the mountains, conveniently located between Pigeon Forge and Gaitlinburg. There are cabins in close proximity but it was still quiet to sit out on the deck and enjoy the views with morning coffee.

Smokey Ridge View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was very clean and large, great views from the balconies. Cabin also had a pool table and poker table with chips. All of these amenities were downstairs next to a wet bar. The rental advertised a community pool, but it was cloudy and dirty, so we decided not to swim. We chose this rental for the pool, so that was disappointing. But overall, this is a great cabin and location was very easy to get to. We will use Elk Springs Resort in the future!

Great cabin for weekend getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Smoky Ridge View was a great cabin for my group of 6 to stay in! The cabin was clean, spacious, and provided enough to meet our needs. The view was also stunning! Also a pretty good split between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Only complaint is the water pressure when taking a shower, but I’m sure it’s hard to obtain a good water pressure system in the mountains. 10/10 recommend!
