WELCOME to the Newly Renovated all BRAND NEW everything 2 bedroom Unit with 1 full private bathroom with a kitchenette.

*PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING - You must first acknowledge that you understand the set up of the unit with the host. Entry and exit has to be made through the main bedroom, which means your guest occupying the second bedroom has to come into the first bedroom to get in and out of the unit or use the kitchenette. Otherwise the rooms are separated and private with separate doors.

You will have a private back entrance and the entire space for you and your guest. This 2 bedroom is attached to my home but on the first level, but separated for your privacy. The first bedroom has the entry/exit door for both rooms, so exit and entry will have to be made through the first bedroom.

Bedroom #1 with over 420 Sqft is a little bigger than the other bedroom. Both rooms are on each side of the home, with bedroom 1 facing the back yard view, and bedroom 2 facing the front of the home. There is a hallway to get to the bathroom and bedroom 2, so there is good privacy space with both rooms. The kitchenette is located in bedroom 1 in a separate area in a corner, along with the entry/exit door.

You will have a 1 full bathroom with tub and shower for you and your guest. Kitchenette has items such as microwave, refrigerator, coffee station, water and snacks will be provided.

Both rooms have queen size comfortable beds, flat screen TVs with Xfinity cable only in bedroom 1 but Hulu Tv in bedroom 2, so bedroom 2 does not have standard cable. Everyone can access wireless internet, with all bed linens, towels and toiletries.

The host is always available to answer any questions you may have.
