About this property

Maison Soulac sur Mer 200m beach 12 pers.

Our house was recently renovated. Ideally located 200 meters from the beach and a 5-minute walk from the city center, it really allows you to do everything on foot (market every day).

The enclosed garden of 300 m2 offers the possibility of entering 2 cars and above all will allow children to play in a secure manner. A terrace at the front allows relaxing breakfasts with the rising sun. The large space at the back includes a large table (14 people) to accommodate barbecue and plancha for lunch and dinner.

The main house offers a large, very bright living room with corner sofa (convertible), dining room (extendable table 2m50) and well-equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher).

A corridor makes it possible to acoustically separate the sleeping area. It distributes to separate toilets, a bathroom (double sink, washing machine, walk-in shower) and 3 bedrooms:
- bedroom 1: a 160 x 200 bed
- bedroom 2: a 140 x 200 bed
- bedroom 3: 2 x 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4)

An outbuilding at the back of the plot hosts an additional bedroom (1 bed 140 x 200), a bathroom (walk-in shower, basin, WC) and a 25 m2 living room with a sofa bed.

This house is ideal for family vacations. Indeed, 2 umbrella beds are provided as well as children's chairs. Linen (sheets and towels) is provided.

Rental is only possible by the week (from Saturday to Saturday) in the medium and high season. Rental on shorter durations is possible in low season (minimum 2 nights).

Possibility of taking an optional cleaning fee of 90 euros

Excellent séjour

Accueil particulièrement sympathique par Julie et son mari. Location parfaitement équipée : beaucoup de vaisselle, cafetière Nespresso, caddy pour le marché, jeux pour enfants, DVD… Bonne situation proche de la mer, du marché, de la rue piétonne. Tout se fait à pied. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances à 9 et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Une vraie maison de vacances

Des propriétaires à l'écoute, réactifs et très charmants. La maison est idéalement située ce qui permet tout faire à pied et d'oublier sa voiture. On peut profiter à la fois de la vie du centre-ville (restaurants, bars, magasins...) et de la plage. On s'y sent comme à la maison, la décoration est soignée. Enfin une location avec une vraie connexion WIFI, parfait quand on vient avec des ados comme nous. La dépendance est un point fort. Si l'occasion se présente, nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Wunderbare Ferien

Mit unseren Kinder samt Partner und Enkelkindern haben wir sehr schöne zwei Wochen in Soulac verbracht. Das Haus ist für 11 Personen groß genug, die Küchenausstattung perfekt und die Lage fantastisch, 3 Minuten zum bewachten Sandstrand und 5 Minuten in den netten Ort mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, auch in der wunderbaren Markthalle. Es gibt gute Restaurants und Livemusik.Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Schönes Ferienhaus in Soulac-sur-Mer

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus (Hautphaus und kleineres Hinterhaus) mit ausreichendem Platz im und um das Haus. Sitzmöglichkeit für 10 Personen im Haus und an einem großen Tisch hinter oder auch an einem kleineren Tisch vor dem Haus. Kleine Garage für Strandutensilien, Fahrräder oder Autos können auf dem Grundstück abgestellt werden. Sehr angenehmer Kontakt mit den Vermietern, kurze Distanz in die Stadt oder zum Strand. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub!
