Located on the Atlantic coast in Charente Maritime, in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer, the villa 'Soleil Couchant' is by the sea, on Platin beach (50 m away), and offers a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean.
This 320 m² villa, which is typical of 'Belle Epoque' architecture (1912), has been completely refurbished in 2010 while preserving the character and charm of this exceptional mansion. On the South-East side, the atmosphere is in line with the peace of its private park of 1,800 m² planted with pine trees, holm oaks and strawberry trees.
The house can accommodate up to 20 people. The living rooms are spacious. It is heated to receive you in any season.
