The house consists of a large living room, a kitchen with refrigerator, stove with four burners, oven and sink, bathroom with shower and washing machine, double bedroom and bedroom with two beds (the rooms have air conditioning).
The house can accommodate four people.

Power costs (gas, water, electricity), wifi internet, final cleaning are included in the price.
Inside the property is a parking available for your car.

At the same time, the main attractions are easily available just a few kilometers: the caves of Castellana, the beaches of Monopoli, the trulli of Alberobello, the old town and the coast of Polignano a Mare.
Going north there are Trani and Bari, with their Romanesque churches, going south there are Lecce with its baroque buildings, the nature reserva of Torre Guaceto with its long beach, the ancient town of Ostuni, Locorotondo, Cisternino, Martina Franca (the last four members of the Itria Valley).
