Close to the beach of Calvi (200m), the city center / port, (500m), shops (100m) and leisure activities (diving, surfing, tennis ...).

Composed of a large living room opening onto a terrace equipped with sea views. The studio has contemporary style furniture, TV / TNT widescreen, a double bed 160/200 cm and a bench / bed 90 / 200 cm, a kitchenette, a bathroom with toilet, a large closet and storage.

You will have access to our large mediterranean garden of 6000m² planted with trees, adjacent to the residence.
