Perfect Getaway!!! The ultimate experience in vacationing . Longterm Rental.

Just close enough to the Airport and Midtown ATLANTA you would want to stay anywhere else. The home is very comfortable. Beautiful and has plenty space to relax and enjoy your family or guest you have with you. Lots of bathrooms and bedrooms for your convenience. There is a kitchen that’s spacious with a nice size Breakfast Area as well as a formal dining Area. Upstairs there is 4 full bathrooms and 5 bedrooms and a open family room area. There’s an entertainment area downstairs which has a private office space a fitness area a full bathroom. The main floor has a large master bedroom with a huge full Bathroom with a shower and a Garden Tub. This home also has a laundry room with a washer and dryer free for your convivence. There is also a large Family room and parlor on the main floor. Step outside and enjoy the large deck for sitting or grilling. There is an intercom system in the home as well and lots more to offer.

The house was nice. Aside from a few minor issues (internet, back door knob, few instructions) everything went well.

Thanks for the feedback. Well take a look at the back door knob and replace it if needed. We upgraded to 5G services and the password was changed. The new password was given once you informed us it wasn’t working. There were rules broken while on the property. There were filming on the property and film crew obviously and others not included on the property that was not listed as guest. That was a huge liability concern we have. Filming and other guest not listed was definitely a deal breaker and violation of our contract.

COVID-19 Cleanliness

The listing didn’t compare to the experience. The pictures seemed accurate until you actually stayed in the home. The neighborhood was awesome & the host tried her best to communicate effectively. But the house was not clean. There was something wrong in each bedroom. The headboards was dusty and there where stains on the carpet and linen. We rented this property for my significant others birthday and the stay at this property gave us bad energy. The pool table was broken and each day we found mishaps throughout the house. Our family was accused of braking things which was false because we had pictures and videos of all the mishaps. We seen a few bugs also in the home. COVID-19 is still very relevant but it seems that their cleaning crew did not feel the same. I will not rent this property again.

Tanika and her crew literally did over a Thousand dollars to our property a left 2 beds broken and trash throughout the house. No she will not rent the property again. The tub was clogged up when they left and scuff marks was on the walls. My home was closed for 2 weeks because of all the damages they did to property. She is right she will never rent our property again.
