Villa Sunset On Elevated Position With Wonderful Views, sea 6 km away

Our villa is located at the edge of a little hamlet of Kozljak, 6 km away from the sea. It consists of two levels: the ground floor with an open plan kitchen and living room and the top floor with 2 bedrooms. In between is a level with a bathroom, separate toilette and utility room. We have decorated the house in traditional style and furnished it carefully. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, cooker with an oven, fridge, dishwasher, and a table for six. In the air-conditioned living area is a comfortable sofa with a coffee table, a built in fireplace, a flat screen Satellite TV with usb player and a Stereo CD player with radio.
A few steps up is a bathroom with bath and shower, in the corner is a washing machine. There is a separate WC on the same level, as well as the utility room with iron and ironing board. The top floor has two bedrooms both with air-conditioning; one has a double bed, and one has a double bed plus extra single bed.
The front garden is 1200 m2, the back garden extends into the nature park and is beautiful for evenings spent relaxing. In the front of the house is a lovely sitting out covered terrace overlooking the pool, from which you can enjoy the views and sunsets; next to this is a side terrace with built-in barbecue. Please note that from mid June to mid September we can only take Saturday to Saturday reservations !

Breathe taking

You simply can't help taking in a gulp of Isterian air as you approach this Villa, it is simply stunning. There are so many design touches, they make you feel at home. The sunset views are beautiful, and the towering rockface monoliths that the Villa backs onto cause you to look in every direction. You definately need a car and be a confident driver, the short but interesting switch back climb that includes a cobbled tunnel will cause a sweat until you build in confidence, but it makes the holiday more interesting after all you are located in a National Park. There is plenty to explore, from the fortified towns, to some fine restaurents for eating. This Villa is for those who want a little adventure with a touch of luxury.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage, perfekt, um eine Auszeit vom Alltag zu bekommen. Ein großes Highlight ist der eigene Pool, den wir jeden Tag genutzt haben. Die Terrasse mit dem überdachten Sitzplatz ist toll, das Grundstück ist sehr schön, hinter dem Haus ist ein kleines Kiefernwäldchen und der Ausblick ist phänomenal. Man kann direkt vom Haus loswandern und die schöne Gegend erkunden. Maurizio ist sehr nett, gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Als wir einen Wasserkocher gebraucht haben, hat er ihn uns am selben Tag vorbeigebracht.Anmerkung: wir hatten das Inserat so verstanden, daß es im Haus zwei Toiletten gäbe. Tatsächlich gibt es zwei Bäder, aber nur eines mit Toilette.Verbesserungsvorschlag: da es doch einige Mücken gibt, wären Mückennetze in beiden Schlafzimmern toll.Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit hier, wir möchten auf jeden Fall mal wiederkommen.

Das Haus entspricht zu 100 Prozent den Bildern.Traumhafte Lage, traumhaftes Haus.Toller Pool.Einzig und allein eine Fliegengitter-Tür zum Hauseingang hätte ich mir gewünscht, da ich sehr Tigermücken geplagt war und ab 18:00 Uhr im Haus eingesperrt war, ohne den tollen Garten und die Aussicht genießen zu können.Kroatien ist ein Traum. Lediglich die Anfahrt zum Haus werde ich nicht vermissen.Sehr kurvig und schmal, mit einem SUV nicht einfach.Danke für dieses tolle Haus. Toller, netter Gastgeber.

Erholsamer Urlaub in traumhafter Lage

Wir (Familie mit zwei Teenagern, 15 und 17 Jahre alt) haben eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa Sunset verbracht. Die Lage ist traumhaft: absolut ruhig und mit einem unverstellten Blick in die Ferne.Das Haus war sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns das schöne, gepflegte Grundstück, das viel Privatsphäre und Platz zum Entspannen bietet.Ein Highlight war definitiv der eigene Pool. Auch für Aktivitäten ist die Umgebung ideal: Direkt vom Haus aus lassen sich tolle Wanderungen unternehmen, zum Beispiel zu den „betrunkenen Gleisen“, ein spannendes Ausflugsziel in der Nähe.Der nächste kleine Dorfladen ist nur wenige Kilometer entfernt und gut erreichbar, sodass man sich problemlos selbst versorgen kann.Unser Gastgeber Maurizio war jederzeit schnell erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Einziger kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Nicht alle Zimmer hatten Fliegengitter.Fazit: Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Kombination aus Ruhe, Komfort, Natur und Privatsphäre macht die Villa Sunset zu einem idealen Ort für alle, die Erholung suchen.

Tolles Haus, wirklich super privat gelegen. Netter Vermieter. Hat uns mit einem vollen Obstkorb und gekühlten Wasser in Empfang genommen. Die Anlage ums Haus ist gepflegt und auch im Haus ist alles da, was man braucht. Wirklich nur zu empfehlen für alle, die Istrien lieben und die trotz des extremen Tourismus in der Hauptreisezeit entspannen wollen! Immer wieder <3

Klein aber fein

Wer keine direkten Nachbarn möchte und für sich sein will, ist hier genau richtig. Das Dörfchen und ein Hof liegen unterhalb, Hahn und Hühner, zeitweise rurale Geräuschkulisse haben uns persönlich nicht gestört. Wer ohne Großfamilie und viel Gepäck anreist, kann hier einen komfortablen Aufenthalt genießen, da es nur zwei kleine und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Schlafzimmer gibt, ein großes Bad, separat eine Toilette mit großem Waschbecken. Die außerordentlich, einmalige Lage, der schöne Pool, der schön angelegte Garten und der Grill lassen dies unwichtig erscheinen. Hautnah die Natur erleben und jeden Tag zwanglos das tun können, worauf man Lust hat, das ist Entspannung. Der sehr nette Vermieter schaut ohne aufdringlich zu sein ab und an kurz nach dem Pool und geht wieder- nur wenn man Fragen hat, meldet er sich und schafft sofort Abhilfe, wenn erforderlich- ansonsten wird man nicht belästigt, wie wir bereits erleben durften, dass Vermieter täglich wie aus dem Nichts auftauchen und man keine Privatsphäre hat, weil immer mit einem unangekündigten Besuch gerechnet werden muss und man zudem in unendliche Gespräche verwickelt wird, sicherlich gut gemeint... nein, das gab es hier nicht. Wir waren absolut ungestört, wie im eigenen Haus, herrlich! Solange kein weiteres Ferienhaus in der Nähe gebaut wird, ist diese Unterkunft unser Favorit, da uns mit dem Kombi der schmale und steile Weg zum Haus nichts ausmachten und wir abseits waren, jedoch alles mit dem Auto gut erreichbar war.

Erholungsurlaub

Eine Top Location zum Relaxen. Keine Nachbarn, nur Ruhe. Genau das haben wir gebraucht. Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie mit Hund unterwegs und können nur gutes berichten. Toller Pool, schöne Ausflugsziele und wunderbares Haus. Das einzige, wobei man da wirklich keinen Stern abziehen kann, ist die etwas spärliche küchenausstattung. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen. Maurizio als Gastgeber ist auch sehr nett und völlig unkompliziert. Hilfreich bei Fragen und Tips. Für uns jederzeit wieder. 👍👍👍

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderschön, haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Das Haus ist schön aufgeteilt, die gesamte Familie hatte Spaß - vor allem mit dem gepflegten Pool. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und die Klimaanlage verschafft vor allem nachts eine tolle Abkühlung. Einzig das Doppelbett war extrem durchgelegen, so dass man von alleine in die Mitte gerollt ist oder schief im Bett lag. Sollte das mal ausgetauscht werden, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Traumhaftes Anwesen-toller Ausblick

Wir waren eine Woche dort und fanden das Haus wirklich perfekt! Super eingerichtet und alles was man benötigt war gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten leider jeden Tag 38 Grad und somit war der Pool eine willkommene Abkühlung… super gepflegt und kühl! Leider kamen alle Tierchen zum abkühlen dazu… wenn der Wind abflachte waren Fliegen und Bienen reichlich zu Gast. Das Haus ist komplett klimatisiert und wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden… Wir kompliment für dieses kleine Idyll! Leider war es sehr schwer in der nähe brauchbare Badeplätze zu finden… die waren schnell voll! Empfehlen können wir die Copacabana Bar inkl Strand… hier findet man in 5min Entfernung immer einen Platz. StandUp padling und Kajaks können wir faire Preise geliehen werden… Wir waren abends immernoch kurz an der Bar … herrlicher Abendabsacker… :-) Auch zu empfehlen ist ein oder mehrere Ausflüge nach Opatija - tolle Stadt! Auch in der Nähe liegt Rabac… Mischung aus schön und Schinkenstraße auf Mallorca… kann man mal machen… Ein Strandabteil in Duga Luca ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert… hier kann man mit dem Auto sehr nah an die Badebucht fahren…Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war perfekt…! Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub und ein noch perfekteres Haus!

Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig.

Das Haus ist perfekt. Alles extrem sauber und es ist alles drin was man braucht. Viele Handtücher, Putzmittel, Alufolie usw… Viele liebevolle Details. Das Internet ist sehr gut. Die Villa liegt abgelegen auf einem Berg, die durch einen privaten Weg angefahren wird. Man sieht niemanden ringsherum. Das einzige Geräusch sind Hühner und Grillen. Man muss die Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe schon mögen. Der Pool ist absolut klasse und jeder Raum verfügt über eine Klimaanlage. An den Strand gehen ist da allerdings nicht. Die wenigen begehbaren Strände liegen 1 kg bergab an Klippen. Die Parkbuchten ist eher illegal und mit Max 5 Autos ausgelastet. Wer einen Badeurlaub mit Kinder verbringen will, sollte lieber auf die andere Seite Istriens. Wer Entspannung sucht, ist bei dem Gastgeber bestens aufgehoben. Perfekt.

Schöne Terrasse, schöner Pool, schöner Blick über das Tal und auf den Sonnenuntergang, Alleinlage, gute Lage (Meer, Supermarkt, Weingut, Zentralistrien) in 10-30 min erreichbar, Wanderwege ins Ukca- Gebirge vom Haus aus. Place like heaven

The Villa is the place to be. We found the villa spotless and the handover from the owner was excellent. This is the perfect place to be for relaxing and enjoying the quietness of the nature. The Villa is lovely and setup with a lot of love. It was our home for 2 weeks. The pool and garden area is really great. The owner came a couple of times to clean the pool. We can recommend the place 100% and had a really great vacation!

Sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Sehr ruhige Lage auf dem Berg. Jeden Abend geniesst man die Sonnenuntergänge. Das einzige Nachteil ist dass man zum Meer ein guten Stück fahren muss. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit nochmal wieder und können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Großartiger Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Unterkunft. Das Haus ist mit allen ausgestattet was man braucht. Besonders gut hat uns natürlich der Pool gefallen. Auch den Ausblick mit tollen Sonnenuntergängen haben wir sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt auf dem Land und liegt sehr ruhig. Man hört eigentlich nur die Hühner des benachbarten Bauernhofes. Uns hat unser Aufenthalt sehr gefallen und wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.
