About this property

Beautiful new villa with pool

Our house is located in the green interior of Istria in a small place called Rudani. The land on which it was built is 1800 m2 and the surface of the house is 200 m2 with the terraces. It is a modern one
Ground floor house that was built in 2007.
House offers idyllic vacation away from the hustle and bustle.
It is 20 minutes from the crystal clear sea.
Due to its location in the center of Istria, over a 30 min drive you can come to all city and major events in Istria.
It is located 8 km from Žminj. Žminj is a nice town where you can also eat traditional Istrian specialties. At the end of August there is a very popular local festival called "Bartulja". Our house is located near a village path and it is surrounded by beautiful nature, which is ideal for sports and relaxation (running, cycling ...). We have an idyllic rural atmosphere and we will be happy to offer you fruit and vegetables from our own organic cultivation. Our municipal playground is near our house, where you can play football, basketball and handball. On hot summer nights there is also a pool and a fireplace. The cities: Rovinj, Pula, Poreč and Rabac are a good half hour drive from Rudani, so you can also visit the beautiful beaches in these cities, as well as take part in numerous cultural events.

Very nice, quiet and relaxed

We stayed here for 11 days and it was perfect! A great place to launch from into Istria and explore. Easy to find and very quiet. Family Rudan were amazing - really helpful and attentive. The villa is very large and easily accommodated 5 of us. Very much recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Istria.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful holiday home in Istria and can highly recommend it.The property is huge and almost completely fenced, which was perfect for our Australian Shepherd, Finn. Only a small section behind the house was temporarily secured with a simple pasture fence, but this was not an issue for our dog.The house is fully equipped and furnished with great attention to detail. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. A big plus for us was the garage with direct access to the house.The pool was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The entire property was beautifully cared for and offered several seating areas, a children's play tower, and even a volleyball net.A special thank you goes to our host, Iva. She welcomed us warmly with homemade pastries and a welcome drink and was always available whenever we had questions. We especially appreciated the fresh salad from her garden, which was absolutely delicious.My wife and I had a fantastic holiday together with Finn and felt at home from the very first day. The combination of the beautiful house, the spacious grounds, and Iva's outstanding hospitality made this a truly memorable vacation.Thank you, Iva, for the wonderful time. Wunderschönes, großes, sehr gut ausgestattetes und sauberes Haus mit Klimaanlage in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Die Bilder stimmen 100% keine Photoshop oder ähnliches! TOP gepflegte Anlage, das Haus ein Traum alles modern und sauber! Die Garage ist ein Traum für jeden Mann und super, damit das Auto nicht heiß wird! Der Pool wird früh und abends gepflegt und ist einfach perfekt zum schwimmen, spulen und entspannen. Der sehr große Garten inkl. Spielplatz ist ein Paradies für Hund und Kind! Gastgeber Familie ist äußerst Freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wenn man keine Anliegen hat, hört und sieht man Sie nicht. Ganz nach dem Motto, die Gäste sollen Ihre Ruhe haben! Einfach klasse!

Wir hatten eine tolle und unbeschwerte Zeit in Rudani. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sehr groß und laden zum entspannten Verweilen ein. Die Vermieter (Iva und ihr Mann) sind immer da, sollte man etwas brauchen oder eine Frage haben. Es ist toll, dass es WLAN nicht nur im Haus, sondern auch im Garten gibt. Gleich nach Ankunft hatten wir Probleme mit dem WLAN im Garten, die der Vermieter sofort behob.

Unvergessliche Zeit in Istrien

Wir kamen am Urlaubsort an, Iva hat uns begrüßt und wir haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt. Dieses Traumdomizil konnten wir fast drei Wochen genießen und wollten gar nicht wieder fort. Ein sehr großzügiges Haus mit einer sehr netten, stets mit uns in gutem Kontakt stehenden Vermieterin, einem herrlichen Grundstück, mit traumhaftem Pool. Absolut eine Reise wert, ein sehr guter Startpunkt zum Erkunden von Istrien. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Unvergesslicher Urlaub

Wir (4 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder im Alter von 8, 5 und 1,5) hatten eine tolle Zeit in Rudani. Das Haus war sehr sauber und genauso wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Der großzügige Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, Grill, Trampolin und Pool war ein Traum. Iva und ihre Familie waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Danke nochmal für all die Köstlichkeiten. Mir dem Auto sind wir im Schnitt 30-50 Minuten zu Sehenswürdigkeiten/Städten/Stränden gefahren.

Perfektes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lager

Wir haben bewusst eine Unterkunft abseits gesucht ... und gefunden. Das Haus liegt von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Badestränden max. eine Stunde entfernt. Perfekt, um Istrien zu erkunden. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses ist perfekt, die Einrichtung komplett und mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Die Eigentümerin Iva kümmert sich freundlich und unaufdringlich. Als Willkommensgeschenk gab es Kuchen und Dessertkekse, im Verlauf weitere Kleinigkeiten. Super!! Der Pool wird regelmäßig durch die Eigentümer gereinigt. Die Betten sind bequem und die Kissen aus Visco-Material ... so lässt es sich erholsam schlafen. Die Terrasse ist überdacht und man kann so lange abends draußen sitzen und den Kuckucks und Zirkaden zuhören. Der Ort selbst ist klein und sehr ruhig, nur selten fährt ein Auto oder Traktor durch. Wir waren mit fünf Kindern unterwegs und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Herzlichen Dank an Iva und ihre Familie. Liebe Grüße :-)

Wunderschöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt

Kurz gesagt: Wir haben bewusst nach einem Haus abseits des Trubels gesucht und wurden hier fündig. Sehr ruhige und erholsame Lage. Trotzdem war mit dem Auto alles gut erreichbar (Einkaufen 15 Minuten / die nächsten Städte/Sehenswürdigkeiten zwischen 30 und 40 Minuten). Besonders der Pool und der mit viel Herz angelegte Garten waren ein Traum. Tolle Gastgeber, die sehr diskret aber trotzdem immer ansprechbar waren. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit.

Wunderschöner, idyllischer Urlaub mit Kindern und Hund

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub im Juni 2022. Das Ferienhaus war klasse mit einem tollen großen und gepflegten Garten, alles umzäunt. Unsere Kinder und unser Hund haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Toller, großer Pool mit Stufen, Außendusche, 6 schöne Sonnenliegen, Trampolin, kleines Netz für Federball und co, schöner Außengrill mit Sitzecke, abends alles schön beleuchtet. Am Haus gibt es noch eine große, überdachte Terrasse und eine kleine Terrasse mit Loungemöbeln. Das Haus ist innen sehr schön, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber und neuwertig. Die Küche ist großzügig und modern und gut ausgestattet. Nur Toaster und Kaffeemaschine fehlten uns. Es gibt auch einen Geschirrspüler und ein Tiefkühlfach. Die Betten / Matrazen sind bequem, zum Verdunkeln dienen die schönen Holzfensterläden. Es gibt im Flur eine Klimaanlage und im Wohnzimmer, aber es hat uns ausgereicht, da alle Zimmer auf einer Ebene sind. Das Haus hat auch noch eine tolle, große Garage mit Zugang zum Haus und elektrischem Garagentor. Alles sehr praktisch. Dann gibt es noch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Jedes Bad hat eine Dusche. Die Ortschaft ist sehr klein. Dafür aber wunderbar ruhig. Man fühlt sich völlig ungestört und alles ist sehr erholsam. Die Vermieter wohnen ein Haus weiter und sind sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden mit einem leckeren Kirschkuchen verwöhnt. Für unseren Hund gab es Näpfe und ein Körbchen. Wir waren von allem sehr begeistert und können es nur empfehlen. In 30 min. ist man in alle Richtungen am Meer. Das ist das einzige, was man sich vorher überlegen sollte, ob man mehr im touristischen Geschehen und näher am Meer sein möchte. Wir wollten gerne mehr Ruhe und dörfliche Idylle genießen. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen...

Eine sehr schöne Villa die das erfüllt was die Anzeige verspricht. Es war alles sehr sauber und sehr liebevoll hergerichtet. Der Kontakt zu Iva war sehr einfach herzustellen und Sie war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ihr war stets daran gelegen dass wir einen schönen Aufenthalt haben. Wir wurden ein paar mal mit elbst gebackenem Kuchen oder selbst hergestelltem Wein Likör überrascht. Sehr Lecker. Wir hatten Anfang September das Glück gehabt, dass die Feigen reif wurden und wir uns nach Lust und Laune welche pflücken durften. Wir sind nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen. PS: für alle BBQ-Fans der Grill ist der Hammer.

Entspannung & Herzliche Iva

Wir waren zu 7t mit unserem Labrador für eine Woche Gäste bei Iva. Es ist natürlich etwas entfernt von städtischer Umgebung, dafür bietet das Haus, das Grundstück, die Ausstattung und die Gastgeberin alles, was für einen entspannten Urlaub notwendig ist. Mit dem Auto könenn alle Ziele in Istrien in 30 - 60 min erreicht werden. Herzlichen DANK für die schöne Zeit Iva. Alles Gute & stay healthy. LG nach Rudani
