Independent new house 10 minutes from the beaches by car and forest in 5 minutes.
Scheduled for 4 people.
Quiet village of 8 houses located between Quimper and Moëlan sur Mer.
There is very little traffic since is accessed by a dead end.
Fully equipped kitchen, fridge with freezer, microwave, induction hob, toaster, dishwasher, TV 80 cm, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, Wifi.
On the floor a first room with a bed of 140 and the second with 2 beds of 90.
Pads, mattress protectors, duvets, duvet covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided. You can provide a sheet from below and from above if you want, as well as pillowcases.
The big duvet is 240x220 and the two small are 200x140.
Bathroom with washing machine.
2 separate toilets, 1 upstairs.
Wooden garden furniture + parasol + barbecue.
Large land outside the house and shelter for a vehicle.
Note that road beside the land is not fenced.(for any animals)
10 minutes from beaches and walks in the forest 5 minutes by car.
Express way to 6 minutes.
Great ease of parking on the large beaches of Pouldu where the affluence is always moderate.
Geographically well located to enjoy both the coasts of Finistère and Morbihan thanks to the quick access in 6 minutes to the express way side Finistère and side Morbihan.
(Doëlan, Pont-Aven, Concarneau, the islands Glénants Bénodet) (Lorient, Guidel, Larmor-Plage, Groix, Carnac, Quiberon).
Shops and supermarkets next Moëlan sur Mer 4 km and 6 km Quimperlé side.
Possible rental from October to June at night or weekend (to see case by case during school holidays).

Cats are not accepted, and to see case by case for dogs. (a package stay of 15 € will be requested).

We guess on some photos a 2nd house attached to the house for rent but is still under construction and far from over because I'm doing the work (when I have a little time).
Your rental is completely independent and quiet.
We live in the stone house situated at the entrance of the village, so we can respond quickly to any problem or question ..

For stays of 5 nights and more, we will ask for a deposit check of 200 € at the key collection.
The check will be returned to you the day of your departure, after verification of the hiring, (material, equipment, etc ...)
Household end of stay, we can take care of if you prefer, a fixed fee of 30 €. (specify when you arrive).
This rental is not my main residence.
