Kerguil-hanna, pleasant family home from 2020, beaches and GR34 coastal path 10 minutes away by car, ideal for your holidays or business trips.
Semi-detached with a second identical house.
Located in a small quiet village of 8 houses between Quimperlé and Moëlan sur mer.
Private wooden swimming pool of 4.10 x 1.22m from June 15 to September 15, under the full supervision and responsibility of the tenants.
For animals, it is on request. An extra charge of 5€/night and 20€/stay maximum is to be expected. No cats please and only one small dog.
Enclosed land on 3 sides but not on the front.
Two bedrooms upstairs, one with 1 bed of 160x190 and the other bedroom with 2 beds of 90, 4 people maximum.
Insulation made of ecological materials (wood wool, cellulose wadding)
Laminated parquet flooring on the ground floor and upstairs.
Bed linen and shower towels are provided.
Washing tablets for the dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, washing-up liquid, bin bags, sponge, sugar, salt, pepper, tea bags and coffee sticks, standard 10-cup coffee maker, coffee filters and Senséo pod coffee maker are available.
Smart TV 127cm + tv upstairs.
Garden furniture + parasol + barbecue.
Ping-pong table shared with the second rental.
No parties or parties, and please don't make any noise after 10pm.
Non-smoking accommodation.
For stays of more than 6 nights or more, we will ask you for a deposit of 300€ in cash or cheque when you receive the keys.
The deposit will be returned to you on the day of your departure, after verification of the rental, (material, equipment, etc ...)
For end-of-stay cleaning, flat rate of €15 for 3 nights and €30 for 4 nights or more. (to be specified on arrival).
Great parking facilities on the large beaches of Le Pouldu where the crowds are always moderate.
Geographically well located to enjoy both the coasts of Finistère and Morbihan thanks to the quick access in 6 minutes to the motorway on the Finistère side and on the Morbihan side to visit Doëlan, Pont-Aven, Concarneau, the Glénants islands, Bénodet, Lorient, Guidel, Larmor-plage, the island of Groix, Carnac, Quiberon.
Shops and supermarkets on the Moëlan sur Mer side at 4 km and on the Quimperlé side at 6 km.
Rental possible from October to June at night or on weekends (to be seen on a case-by-case basis during school holidays).
We live in the house located at the entrance to the village and can therefore intervene quickly for any questions or problems that may arise.
This rental is not my main residence.
