Our condo is perfectly situated on the 18th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf from the Living room and bedrooms!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 45" HDTVs in the 3rd and 4th bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and 2nd bedroom and two Queen beds in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, we also allow two children to sleep on the sofa, linens are provided.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

My family, 10 of us from age 5 to 80 really enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful, the views are amazing, and beach access is good. The garbage disposal was inoperable when we got there but it was repaired within 24 hours. I will bring my own skillet to scramble eggs and some scissors next time.

The condo was beautiful and in great shape!! The facility was quiet in the off-season and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Be aware: the unit is sparsely equipped when it comes to some basic items- no hand soap, no extra trash bags, etc. Also note that they are strict in terms of no early check in being available and the checkin time is quite late.

Great stay at this unit. View was amazing ! Everything worked great. Little short on freezer space and ice maker had to be reset to work properly, but overall a wonderful kept unit with great benefits. AC was very good ... there were no problems.

Best Place I Have Ever Stayed!

This is the most beautiful and clean property I’ve ever stayed at. The listing is 100% accurate. The only thing that is not posted is that when you check in the person at the desk will give you wrist bands for everyone over the age of 5, once you put them on there is no way to take them off, we were not aware of that and a couple of people in our group put theirs on a little too tight. Its a small detail, it did not affect the trip, just giving the heads up for anyone else who stays here. 10/10 recommend this property.
