Our condo is perfectly situated on the 7th floor prized East corner with no buildings next door blocking views and directly overlooking the outdoor pool at Phoenix Gulf Shores. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, a 42" Smart TV in the 2nd bedroom and a 39" SMART TVS in the 3rd AND 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen Beds 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms and sofa sleeper queen for sleeping up to 16!



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Our entire family of 16 stayed in this beautiful condo!! Beautiful view of the beach and perfect spot on the balcony for the July 4th fireworks show! The kids loved the pools and waterslide! Will be booking again for future trips!

Amazing property in the best location. The rooms were clean, the kitchen and common area perfect for our group. Furniture is new or almost new, not dated like many units in this area. They have done a great job of making this rental a standout! Hope we can come back next year!

There were 8 of us in this condo, however this place would easily fit 14. The views are amazing and everything was great. I will definitely keep this place in my favorites for future stays. The only things that could improve: fridge has seen better days and needs a refresh on the pans/saute pans.

Everything was good. We did feel there should have been a box of trash bags available, toilet paper, blankets and additional towels. Due to the size of this condo, you can assume larger groups will rent it out.

Wonderful Condo at Phoenix Gulf Shores

Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was clean and just as advertised with plenty of room. We especially loved the large family room & huge TV. The condo is on the 7th floor with great views of the beach, the pool and the water slide below. The owner was also kind to check in on us as well. We hope to stay here again!

Awesome experience

Our stay was amazing. The property was very accessible. The location from the property to the beach was perfect and the pools were awesome. Our condo was spacious and had plenty of room for our family of 13. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and very helpful and responded immediately to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!!!

Spring Break

The condo was in a perfect location - walkable to shops and restaurants. The beach was not too crowded in this area and the kids loved the pool. Only concern was the oven took a long time to reach temperature...but once we figured that out, we planned accordingly.

We had a great stay over our spring break. It was a group of 14 extended family members ages 73 to 13. The accommodations were great and we loved the view! We had one maintenance issue with a toilet that was fixed quickly! Would highly recommend that condo!

We had our entire family of 17 here and it was perfect! Big enough that it wasn’t crammed at all. Balcony views were amazing, dolphin views almost every morning. As close to the beach as you can get 👍. Condo was very clean and up to date. Lots of appliances. Check in and out process was super simple. Great location. 10/10 recommend and will definitely continue staying with Phoenix !

Wonderful place to stay

We loved the condo. Just be careful about charges from VRBO that won’t be listed on the Phoenix rental agreement. I believe that ALL charges should be listed on every agreement. That was the only grievance we had. Also VRBO was not friendly when we called to question the $431 fee from them.
