A must stay!

The stay was great. Some minor improvements are needed (e.g. instructions for electronics like the projector, stained carpets, dishwasher not working properly) but overall I loved the home.

Reunion Stay

Although the property had some initial stocking issues, the local property manager quickly resolved the issues. An issue with the A/C was quickly resolved, even on a Sunday. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Poor Experience

very poor experience dealing with both the "800" number and local vrbo customer service people. Wasted way too much of my valuable vacation time with numerous phone calls and texts to them.

Reunion is a great resort I. General and all though we enjoyed our stay and were mostly comfortable there is some room for improvement which can be pretty much anyplace you stay honestly. I’d say the TV’s and knowing how to work them was our biggest issue as well the kitchen being sparse in Utensils and not having any pans to use the oven. Otherwise it was fine

Luxury Green overlook is a great place to stay!

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this place. The house is very spacious with a lot amenities. Nice gated community! Pet friendly. Only bad point was a bad light bulbs, a lot of light bulbs out (all over the house) And YES we would come back for sure!

An Orlando reunion

Just returned from a US road trip that ended with 14 nights in this great villa. I cannot say enough about he management company, they addressed any issues we had promptly and with courtesy. The villa is beautiful and we absolutely loved it, probably too big for just 4 of us, but we love the extra space. Raised the bar for next year so may well book this one again

Enjoyed our stay

This is a nice home in a great neighborhood with a nice view. Reunion Resort is a nice place. The house is convenient to everything you need for your stay. The WiFi coverage in the house is not good. I believe this is due to the location of the router. A simple, $50 signal booster / range extender added to a downstairs outlet should correct this annoying problem and would change my rating to 5 stars.

Great location but it’s gross

The property is in a great neighborhood overlooking a golf course. The location is why I chose this property. However, this house has serious issues. Several of my guests found live roaches in the bathrooms (sinks, shower drains) and in the kitchen. Also, there was a barstool one guest was sitting in and it collapsed with him in it. Upon inspecting the chair, we found it was already severed and was pieced back together. We had no warning of this. The boards under the cabinets in the kitchen fell off and were lying exposed and were filthy. The TV screen kept going black so that just added to it. The size and location of the house were great but I would not recommend this property.

Exercise caution

I have used Vacasa for many of my vacation needs. This trip was atypical. The Pass code to enter the home did not work. I called customer service many times but they did not help me. I emailed them to log a complaint at the beginning of my stay as well. If my son did not find a back sliding door in the yard open we would have had no access to the home. The laundry machine was broken and was filled with putrid water and smelled bad. Many of the light fixtures were missing lights. There were roaches in the kitchen cabinets. The house appears to be neglected. The front door would not properly lock as it appears to have been kicked in by someone in the past. The house has potential but needs work.

Our local team has addressed your concerns, confirming that the laundry machine is broken, and the owner has ordered a replacement, we’re currently awaiting delivery confirmation. The light bulbs were functional during our pre-inspection, but we’ll replace any that may have gone out. Lovebugs are common in Florida during the summer, but the home is on a regular pest control schedule, and no roaches have been reported. The front door lock was tested and found to be in working order, likely a user error. We appreciate your input and hope to host you again for a better experience in the future!

Nice location but tired house

Built in 2007 and looks like 2007 needs updating and fixing. Dirty carpets, outlets coming out of wall, half the lights burned out or too dim, pool light not working. Couch looks like a sectional but nothing connects

It’s okay

House and pool are great. Called within an hour of checking in because the internet didn’t work and the hot tub was off(we paid extra). After 4 calls, I was advised the hot tub isn’t heated from May to October. No ever ever called about the internet. Wouldn’t book with Vacasa again.

Terrible property manager

This was the most poorly stocked vacation rental that I’ve ever used. Hone says it sleeps 8 and there were 3 worn out bath towels, 2 full size drinking glasses, no dish towels, no trash bags, 5 clothes hangers etc. We requested these basics at check in and got nothing but lip service with no action. Take my advise keep scrolling and anything with Vacasa attached to it, pass!

Beautiful home but...

There is a problem with ants in the down stairs master bedroom, bath & kitchen. I did call and they had someone out the same day to spray for the pest and it was ok for the next day but by the following day, the ants were back! They were on the bed and kitchen counter. So it was not the most pleasant stay I hate to say.

Review: Luxury Green Overlook – Beautiful Home, Poorly Maintained We recently stayed at the Luxury Green Overlook, and while the home itself is architecturally beautiful and situated in a lovely area, the experience left much to be desired due to several maintenance and cleanliness issues. Upon arrival, the first and most noticeable issue was the pest problem — bugs were present in the bathrooms and kitchen, which was very off-putting. The carpets throughout the home were visibly dirty and in need of deep cleaning or even replacement. In the master suite upstairs, there were multiple spots on the carpet that appeared to be pet urine stains, and the ceiling had visible spots that could have used some touch-up paint. The house was clearly not cleaned prior to our arrival, despite the mandatory cleaning fee. We were surprised when the cleaners showed up on the second day of our stay — by which point I had already cleaned the house and bathrooms myself. The cleaning crew simply removed the trash and folded toilet paper in decorative shapes, which was underwhelming, to say the least. We had a number of maintenance issues as well: The air conditioning didn’t work the first night (though this was thankfully fixed after a call). The hot tub never heated properly despite daily calls to maintenance. The washer was out of order, though laundry was listed as an amenity — very disappointing, as we prefer not to take dirty clothes home from vacation. The dishwasher pulls out from its cabinet when opened and is unstable. A panel beneath the stove fell off. Several pieces of furniture and the carpet were stained and in need of deep cleaning. Overall, this property has great potential — it's a beautiful home in a great location. However, it desperately needs some attention and proper upkeep. With a thorough cleaning, functional amenities, and timely maintenance, it could be an exceptional vacation spot. As it stands, we were left disappointed and frustrated by the condition and lack of follow-through. ---

Wouldn't recommend.

First thing was the cleanliness it wasn't very clean, the one bathroom downstairs beside laundry room had some dried up blood smeared on the wall looks like someone might of killed a bug and didnt bother to wipe it down afterwards. Found beer bottle caps in random places thru out the house and outside by the pool, along with some used glow sticks laying out there, smelled like straight gas when we sat outside so we checked everything and it appeared to be coming from inside out to the grill so we turned the gas off out there. All The beds were very uncomfortable, furniture is all stained up, I did love the kitchen except it would of been helpful to have pot holders and oven mitt besides that kitchen was great. Game room wasnt nothing to brag about very outdated and no updated games. We got a suprise Monday and couldnt use the pool for a hour the pool guys showed up as we just got in maybe 15 minutes prior and had to get out so they could clean and add chemicals. It would of been nice to know they were coming and the pool would be unusable for a hour, we could of changed our plans and not been there. It really wouldnt be a bad place to stay if it was had some updates done, some fresh paint and cleaned top to bottom. I wouldnt recommend this place unless some changes were made.
