The Space:

Soft morning light filters into the home as you ease into the day, surrounded by open living spaces designed for gathering and unwinding. You might start with a quiet moment by the private pool or settle into the family room after an outing to nearby attractions. The atmosphere is bright, welcoming, and well suited for groups looking to spend unhurried time together in a setting that feels both spacious and comfortable.



Sleeping arrangements

With 5 spacious bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, the layout offers privacy as well as room to spread out. On the first floor, a bedroom with a king bed and an attached bathroom provides convenient ground-level access. Upstairs, you will find two additional king bedrooms, each with its own attached bathroom, along with a bedroom featuring two single beds and another with a twin bed and trundle. Every room is designed to make settling in easy, giving each guest their own retreat after a full day.



Living areas

The main living area brings everyone together with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV. Natural light enhances the relaxed atmosphere, and there is plenty of room for the whole family to gather for movies, conversations, or game nights. A movie theater area and a selection of arcade games and a foosball table add extra options for in-home entertainment.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at your own pace. You can cook, snack, or simply enjoy time around the dining table. Whether you prefer a quick breakfast before exploring or a lingering dinner after sunset, the layout supports both easy food prep and unhurried meals.

Just outside the resort, you will find a wide variety of dining options, entertainment, and attractions, including water parks and local outdoor activities. The surrounding area offers plenty to explore while still giving you a quiet home base to return to.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above. Please note that we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park. Additionally, the loss of this card will incur a $150 fine.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a ring camera by the front door.
