This charming house is in a perfect location to enjoy Biarritz without ever taking public transport. In the heart of the traditional Bibi district, a stone's throw from the Basque coast and the city center, it benefits from an ideal location for lovers of surfing, golf, hiking. Equipped with all the amenities, you will not miss anything to enjoy the city, the ocean air and the surf!

The house was completely renovated in 2007. The 40 m2 living room opens onto a large 60 m2 patio with its pediment. Decorated in a refined and neat style it is composed of 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped open kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a desk, a laundry room and a TV corner. It can accommodate up to 9 people.

Around restaurants, grocery stores, a bakery, a convenience store. Some places to enjoy this bohemian surfing atmosphere: the Chéri Bibi, the 3 Salsas, the Tantina de Burgos, the Pizza Joie, the Etxola Bibi for an aperitif with a view of the Bay of Biscay and its magical sunsets. ..

Appartement de ville avec terrasse

Appartement bien situé à proximité des commerces, terrasse très agréable, belle pièce à vivre, buanderie très fonctionnelle. Grande télévision avec toutes les chaînes et même Netflix. Lits faits à l’arrivée très appréciable, linge de maison, linge de toilette fournis, magnifique. Bémol sur le bruit de la rue beaucoup trop présent, literie déplorable des trois chambres quel dommage! manque un petit barbecue (mais je comprends car la terrasse donne de chaque côté sur des fenêtres d’immeuble), une meilleure aération est nécessaire pour contrôler l’humidité, une vrai cafetière aurait été un plus!!! Super accueil même à plus de 22h par Jeanne la fille de la propriétaire, charmante au top! Bonne semaine.

Nous sommes désolés des désagréments dont vous nous avez fait part. Pour ce qui concerne les literies, aucune remarque ne nous avait été faite jusqu'à maintenant. Si vous nous aviez contacté, nous aurions rapidement trouvé une solution pour votre confort. Le logement est équipé de triple vitrage pour le bruit... Il a été rénové très récemment et nous n'avions jamais eu de remarque sur l'aération. Merci pour les remarques positives.

Séjour tout simplement excellent

Un appartement de goût, idéalement situé pour ceux qui aime surfer ! Le patio a rendu notre séjour et nos apéros tres agréables ! Les chambres sont impecs, la cuisine super bien équipé ! Les propriétaires sont accueillant, chaleureux, compréhensifs et disponibles! Bref, un groupe de 9 qui reviendrons avec la plus grande hâte ! Encore merci à vous pour cette semaine chez vous !!

Une semaine fabuleuse dans la charmante maison de Stéphanie et Fabien. Très conforme à l’annonce, très beaux espaces, joliment décoré, propice à la convivialité et idéalement situé, si l’opportunité se présente nous reviendrons dans ce petit nid biarrot !
