Fantastic House in a nice Location

We had a great time in a wonderful house with a super nice host. The place is near the Spanish border, which not only allows you to enjoy nice day trips to the sea and some super nice French beaches, but also to great cities such as San Sebastian and Bilbao in Spain. We can recommend this place to everyone that enjoys cooking, a peaceful day at the pool or simply a good time among family members or friends in a super cool house.

The property was a good choice for our family holiday. Air-conditioning and electric window shutters were especially welcome. It is located around a 30 min walk from the town of St Jean de Luz, however there are 2 buses an hour with the bus stop about a 5 min walk away. Ubers and taxis are quite easy to find.The Le Clerc supermarket is ideally placed for the property again about a 5 min walk or a 2 min drive away.The property was clean and well laid out. I would say that the equipment provided, especially in the kitchen was in need of updating and there were very few basic kitchen essentials eg salt and pepper provided, whilst herbs and spices left in the property were extremely out-of-date some dated 2022/23. There was no welcome pack so be prepared to arrive with essentials especially if arriving on a Sunday or late in the evening.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille dans cette maison qui est très bien conçue, elle offre de grands volumes qui permettent de se réunir. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les chambres qui sont grandes et qui possèdent une literie excellente. L'endroit est très calme. Nos petits-enfants ont bien profité de la piscine et du trampoline. Maison à 3mn d'un supermarché, d'une boulangerie et des voies rapides.Contact facile avec l’hôte ainsi que la personne en charge des arrivées et départ. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.PS : un fil à linge extérieur serait le bienvenu.

Nous avons passé 4 jours en famille dans la Villa Intza à Urrugne, à 8 adultes et un bébé, et nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Les prestations étaient parfaitement conformes à la description, et la maison a largement répondu à nos attentes.La villa, entièrement climatisée, a été particulièrement appréciée en cette fin juin marquée par de fortes chaleurs. Très fonctionnelle, spacieuse et confortable, elle dispose également d'un beau jardin, idéal pour profiter de l'extérieur.La villa est très bien située , proche des commerces , à 10mn du parking de la plage de st jean de luz, 30mn pour biarritz et san sebastien .Un grand merci à Nerea pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avons été enchantés et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Fantastique séjour à Urrugne

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Urrugne. L'emplacement était parfait pour nous: très proche de services et épicerie, d'autres villes et villages. La maison était très propre et grande. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine, trampoline, table de tennis sur table, billard... Je recommande cette chaleureuse location!

Excellentes vacances

Nous avons séjourné dans cette magnifique villa pour des vacances en familles (3 générations). Nous avons adoré la villa: très spacieuse et extrêmement bien équipée, propre, avec un jardin et deux terraces privées joliment aménagées. Excellents contacts avec les propriétaires, qui nous ont, entre autre, donné de bons conseils pour faire de chouettes visites avec les enfants. Nous recommandons aux adultes l'excellent restaurant situé à 100m. Seul petit bémol: l'internet était instable ce qui aurait pu poser problème si nous avions dû nous connecter au bureau mais nos hôtes nous ont trouvé des solutions. Le problème était sans doute temporaire. Nous reviendrons probablement.

Très belle villa spacieuse et confortable, grand espace intérieur et extérieur. Possibilité de garer plusieurs voitures. Proche d'un centre commercial et arrêt de bus. Merveilleuse propriété

Accueil très sympathique de la part de Pierre et de sa compagne. Maison très confortable et superbe jardin très bien entretenu ainsi que la piscine. Tous facilités de commerces à proximité. Le pays Basque est une région que nous avons beaucoup appréciée pour les paysages très divers et aussi pour tous les très bons produits (poissons, fromages, jambon de Bayonne....) Excellents traiteurs aussi. Mais !!! Petit bémol, nous n'avons pas eu de chance en cette première quinzaine de juin pour la météo comme un peu partout d'ailleurs et ça personne n'y peut rien.

La location de Pierre et Nerea est géniale : grande, confortable, bien placée et très bien équipée (plancha, ping-pong, piscine chauffée, trampoline, jeux,...),... bref une location idéale pour découvrir cette magnifique région. Encore merci Pierre et Nerea ! A très bientôt !
