House near the beach, 3 * furnished with tourism

Come and enjoy, as a couple or family, this pretty 120 m² house completely renovated in 2019. Ideally located in a quiet street 150 m from the Teven beach. On the ground floor you will find a large living room with fitted kitchen, fully equipped and open to a living room with fireplace in which a large sofa will accommodate your whole family, a bathroom and a separate toilet and a garage. attached. Upstairs a hallway leads to four spacious bedrooms with storage space, a bathroom / WC. Outside you can enjoy a large south-facing terrace and a fully enclosed garden. A greenway will allow you to access on foot or by bike to the small port of L'ile Tudy on which you can eat as you wish. At 300 m from the house you will find a mini-market with fresh bread and pastries for breakfast, small food and decor, for a wider choice I recommend the Super U which is five minutes by car. You will find in this pretty town a large choice of activities, nautical center (sailing, kayak, paddle ...), swimming lessons, tennis, minigolf, horse riding, fest noz, market, swimming pool (less than 10 min), surfers will find at La Torche (20min) a great spot.

How to be become at Ile-Tudy

Get familiar with Ile-Tudy beforehand. One depot de pains but sufficient. Nice little restaurants but quickly filled up in high season. Georgues sun downers over the Etang. To do some sailing and surfing or learn it, no problem. Shopping mall = no, loud beach clubs = no, cafe de la plage = spot incontournable a Ile Tudy; in summer nice small evenings events by local community. Overall it is a special place

Un long weekend à l'île Tudy

Pour les 90 ans de notre grand mère il nous fallait un logement fonctionnel pour mes frères et soeurs et nos enfants. Mission accomplie avec cette maison. Le logement est très propre, et convient parfaitement pour 9 personnes avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, manger. Des chambres spacieuses, une chambre "enfants" bien aménagée pour offrir un coin de jeu idéal. Nous avons pu également profiter de la grande terrasse pour prendre nos repas midi et soir grâce aux stores bannes et grand parasol. N'hésitez plus à réserver ce logement entre amis, en famille quelques que soient vos besoins le logement est adapté pour les groupes et la propriétaire extrêmement disponible, serviable et gentille saura vous accueillir et répondra à toutes vos questions.

Nous avons passé un super séjour, nous avons bien été reçu par la propriétaire, qui nous a bien accueilli avec un jolie cadeau de bienvenue, et encore merci, nous a expliqué des lieux de visite à voir, ainsi que restaurant . Familienurlaub

Eine schöne, geräumige Unterkunft mit umfangreicher Ausstattung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Strand und ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft für den täglichen Bedarf sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Zentrum von Île-Tudy hat einige schöne Restaurants und Creperien sowie ein paar kleine Geschäfte zu bieten und ist ebenfalls fußläufig. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Valérie war zu jeder Zeit sehr gut. Alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet, das war sehr hilfreich. Ein rundum schöner Urlaub.

Familienferien in Ile Tudy

Das Haus war sehr gut eingerichtet, v.a. auch für die Kinder (3, 5 und 7 Jahre alt). Zum Strand sind es nur 10' zu Fuss. Viele Restaurants waren geschlossen, weil in Frankreich anfangs Oktober keine Schulferien sind.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Haus für 2 Familien perfekt. Nähe zum Strand und zum Zentrum von Île-Tudy ist super. Kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft fußläufig erreichbar. Kinder-/Spielzimmer war toll für unseren Sohn (6 Jahre). Wir hatten hier zwei wunderschöne Wochen! Der Kontakt mit Valerie war auch im Vorfeld sehr gut. Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Für unseren Sohn hat sie sogar noch einen Geburtstagskuchen organisiert!

Location très sympa !

Location très agréable et très bien située, la description de l'annonce est juste, 500m de la mer. Très bien aussi pour rayonner vers Loctudy, Lesconil, Penmach, La Torche, Ste Marine et Bénodet. Valérie nous a très bien accueilli et était là aussi pour le depart. Nous étions 2 familles de 4 et 5 personnes. Au niveau de la taille du logement, c'était parfait, suffisamment grand pour que chacun ait son espace. Maison bien équipée, que ce soit la cuisine ou l'ensemble de la maison. Petite suggestion : quelques transats en plus dans le jardin. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés.

Séjour très agréable dans un magnifique endroit.

Accueil super chaleureux. Décorations de Noël à notre arrivée. Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle. Nous y avons séjourné en hiver en famille. La grande pièce à vivre au rez de chaussée est très chaleureuse avec une belle cheminée près du coin salon, ce qui est très appréciable après les promenades au bord de la mer qui est tout près de la maison (pas de voiture à prendre, de vraies vacances!). Belles chambres spacieuses à l étage. Pour les jeunes qui ont du mal à déconnecter, ou pour les etudiants qui ont du travail pendant les vacances, un petit wifi serait un petit bonus sympa.
