The house and location are wonderful and Joelle is an excellent host. So much is provided, even a telescope and an outdoor hot shower. All of us enjoyed the nearby restaurants and sports facilities and especially the beautiful walks. We will return.

The house is perfectly positioned to enjoy stunning views across the bay of Cap Coz. It is spacious and has secure parking. The owner, Mme Le Floch was welcoming and very attentive. We are looking forward to being back next year.

unique and charming place

The summer house of Joelle is located directly at the beach of Cap Coz. You see and fell the sea form every angle of this typical britanny house. The interiour is completly up-to-date and in very good condition. All discribed features are there and functioning. We spend two weeks there in summer and were two families with a teenage boy each - and we will probably remember this days and the place for live. The boys were out on the sea every day stand-up-pedaling and parents were mostly profiting of the garden and beach. The hardest thing was leaving this lovely place in the end. We are looking forward to coming back one day.

What an amazing holiday house in a fabulous location right on the beach. Cap Coz is an enchanting bay and sandbar. The scenery is stunning with calm water and gently sloping sand. Perfect for paddleboarding, kaying, windsurfing etc. It is peaceful chilled, with only a few restaurants but full of life; we loved watching the sailing school activities on the water. The house is extreemly clean and well equiped. You feel spoilt. The outside shower is brilliant even has hot water! The 4 double bedrooms all have a view of the sea. The upstairs bathroom downstairs shower room are top quality. This whole area of Finistere is full of local charm a beautiful coastline. It feels like a step back in time to laid back, low key tourism with the frills of modern life. Go now!

Emplacement superbe "les pieds dans l'eau "Maison spacieuse face à Concarneau. Vu la période on a eu la possibilité de faire un feu de cheminée. Même l'hiver il est possible de faire des grandes promenades en bordure de mer et puis pour les courageux de se baigner.À recommander

GRAND CONFORT ET VUE EXCEPTIONNELLE

nous avons passé un excellent séjour; Joëlle est réactive à la moindre sollicitation. Le terrain est parfaitement clos , notre chien a pu sortir à sa guise et en profiter pour discuter avec ses petits voisins ... La vue est superbe, on a vu passer les bateaux en préparation du Vendée Globe, grâce à la longue vue laissée à disposition. Une belle maison sur La Riviera Bretonne

un paradis au bord de l'eau

une maison de rêve! tout est parfait, la demeure à tout le confort, elle est très agréable, bien clôturée pour le chien, un grand parking à l'intérieur de la propriété et une vue à couper le souffle et vraiment les pieds dans l'eau. Joèlle est une hôte parfaite et discrète. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés et les ouvrir bien grands en arrivant pour découvrir ce lieu enchanteur. Merci Joèlle.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂĽhlt in Joelles Haus. Das Haus war sauber und genauso wie beschrieben. Die KĂĽche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Badezimmer waren etwas klein, doch da wir als Familie dort waren, war es kein Problem. Das beste war natĂĽrlich das Meer! Eine kurze Runde schwimmen und dann zurĂĽck in den Garten, um sich trocknen zu lassen! Vielen Dank!

quel plaisir de se retrouver entre frères et soeur, conjoints et cousin proche, dans un cadre aussi exceptionnel. La maison de Mme Le Floch correspondait à nos attentes et la météo a encore ajouté au charme de ce séjour. L'accueil a été chaleureux, aussi bien à l'arrivée qu'au départ.

Schönes Haus in traumhafter Lage

Wir (2 Paare und 2 Hunde) verbringen seit Jahren die Weihnachtsferien in der Bretagne. Dieses Haus von Joelle hatte mit Abstand die beste Lage bisher, der Strand beginnt direkt am Ende des Rasens und der Spaziergang kann direkt beginnen. Die Sicht auf Concarneau ist grandios. Leider hatten wir sehr schlechtes Wetter, es regnete sehr viel, auch für die Bretagne zu dieser Zeit untypisch. Der Kontakt mit Joelle war sehr gut, sie antwortete auf alle Fragen sofort, das Haus ist innen schöner, freundlicher, wärmer als es die Fotos erwarten lassen, wir waren begeistert und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Perfekt war auch das elektrische Tor und die Möglichkeit mit 2 Autos auf dem Grundstück parken zu können. Wir können dieses Haus weiter empfehlen.

Home from home

We already know and love Cap Coz from previous vacations and had admired Joelle's house from the beach over the years. Our time there was perfect. The house had everything we needed; Weber BBQ, lovely bedding and tablecloths, a fully stocked kitchen, good WiFi, comfortable seating and great space inside and out. To hear the waves first thing in the morning, to be able to see the boats bobbing on the waves and to be able to walk round the corner with our SUPs and be on the water in minutes was what we wanted in our first French holiday since 2019. Joelle was a fabulous host and great communicator. I recommend this property 100%.

Un petit coin de paradis

15 jours inespérés en famille ( 3 a 5 adultes )et avec nos deux chiens . Super séjour reposant dans cette maison pleine de charme : Vue sur la mer en permanence et quel spectacle on ne s en lasse pas ! maison bien conçue , fonctionnelle , bien décorée, espace de vie confortable ,très bien équipée très agréable à vivre . Literie impeccable et parures de draps coordonnées de haut de gamme. En un rien de temps on se sent comme chez soit . Le bémol : Pas de commerce à proximité ( faut prendre la voiture )mais Leclerc et Super U à qqes kms et petit marché le dimanche matin . Qqes restaurants sur la plage. Merci à Mme Lefloch pour son accueil et sa confiance a l arrivée comme au départ . Merci surtout d avoir accepté notre famille avec deux chiennes ( B.A dressées éduquées et hyper sociables ) Un seul souhait : pouvoir y revenir bientôt

Une adresse Ă  retenir

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire de cette belle longère entièrement rénovée. Toutes les fenêtres ont vue sur mer, et on ne se lasse pas du spectacle! La cuisine est bien équipée et les espaces de convivialité sont spacieux. Les chambres sont toutes situées à l'étage. Idéale pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants qui peuvent jouer dans le jardin clos en surplomb de la plage. La terrasse est très agréable, bien exposée et à l'abri du vent. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances en toute tranquilité dans ce lieu dont l'atout principal est assurément la vue exceptionnelle que l'on a de toute la maison et du jardin. Une adresse à retenir !
