Welcome to my home!

This carefully designed 18m2 apartment with beamed walls offers the ideal location for your romantic or solitary weekends or for your business trips. Being located in an area well served by public transport, it will allow you to easily discover the city of Lyon. It is located on the ground floor and consists of a living/bedroom with an open kitchen and a bathroom.

- The living room/bedroom is composed of a sofa bed (which was just replaced for a brand new one) for 2 persons, storage furniture, table with extension, two chairs and mainly TV and WIFI.

- The kitchen - Modern with stone walls and European wooden beams and cupboards. It includes a washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven, electric kettle and all the kitchen utensils needed to prepare a gourmet meal.

We also provide bed linen, towels, some tea and coffee and soap.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The apartment is located in the 7th arrondissement but it is very close to the 3rd.

- La Guillotière : the Chinese district of Lyon, you will find many shops and Asian restaurants. But this district is also known for its banks of the Rhône river and its numerous barges, which make it a very pleasant place when the nice days come when all the inhabitants of Lyon get together.

Its location in the heart of the city, the business center of Part-Dieu, and the presence of the train station make it a very attractive area economically. Its residential districts and its proximity to the city centre also make it a popular area for families.

The closest subway stop to the apartment is Saxony Gambetta, line D about 10 minutes away.

To get to :

- Part Dieu: Metro B, stop Saxe Gambetta, direction Charpennes.

- Bellecour, Vieux Lyon : Metro D, stop Saxe Gambetta, direction Gare de Vaise

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
