The kitchen is equipped with all comforts: dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and fridge-freezer. The terrace gives a lot of privacy and maintains the view of the garden. The use of the swimming pool is common as well as the fitness room which is located in the pool house.
