Fairview Beach Villa

This 2 bedroom home is within eyesight of Fairview Beach and the Potomac River. Walk or golf-cart to 3 restaurants, a full service marina or lounge by the beach. This home is completely renovated from the studs ups; new hvac, walls, kitchen, appliances, bath... everything. Just minutes to 95 or downtown Fredericsksburg. We will post pictures as soon as the home is complete. Completely private home with washer/dryer, internet, TV, full kitchen, grill and golf cart rental available.. Spend the weekend or spend the summer. Boating, jet skiing, fishing, hiking and more, all within the community. PUtting on the finishing touches now and scheduled to be complete the first week of March. Ask about private golf cart use during your stay.
