GREAT WHITE VIEW-SKI ON/SKI OFF. WITH PLENTY OF SNOW!
Enjoy yourself in a very well appointed 2700 square feet luxury condominium right on the mountain! This condominium is part of Topridge Condominiums located on Sunrise Mountain and facing Bear Mountain Peak (which is part of the Killington Mountain Resort). We are the end building closest to the Bear Cub Trail. This is a TRUE ski in ski out condo. Ski out your own back door right down to the Bear Peak Lodge (2 access trails to Bear Mountain- one easy trail and one intermediate trail. (These 2 trails access Bear Mountain and are open in the season way before the Sunrise Trail lift opens -where most of the other rental condos are located). Then get on the newest highspeed Quad or walk across the street and ski down Upper Sun Dog Trail to the Sunrise Mountain Lift which connects to the Bear Mountain Trail. The Sunrise lift is free of charge, so beginners can try it out for free without having to pay for a lift ticket. Plenty of ski practice with no charge. After a long day of skiing enjoy the hot tub on the deck with breathtaking views of Bear Peak. Then go into the Sauna to warm up a bit. (ONE OF THE ONLY CONDOS WITH A PRIVATE SAUNA IN KILLINGTON). The Living room (with cathedral ceiling)/Dining room combination is great for entertaining or just watching TV or a movie on the High Def. 50' Samsung 4K TV. Our renters have never been disappointed and many return for multiple visits. Condo can be rented out monthly. The condo is independent of Killington Mountain and tenants cannot get a refund due to weather conditions. All Vermont Health and safety requirements are followed for guests. Due to new Town regulations condo can only accommodates 8 guests only.

Our favorite place to stay in Killington. Great views, great skiing, great amenities. The private hot tub is a huge bonus for our trip.

Excellent location
Easy and quick communication with the owner, best location for ski in and out, this is our second time staying at this place for the purpose of location and multiple rooms and four bathrooms, unfortunately I have no comments on the cleanliness of the place, eventhough I have reached out to the owner on the first time we stayed two years ago, please use your imagination !

We’re sorry you felt that way. We wished you had communicated that to us while you were there . My only comment is that we have rented the condo out for 20 years and we have never had any another complaints regarding the cleaning…..
Just an awesome condo. Great ski in and ski out with amazing views of the Beast of the East. With the stocked kitchen, giant hot tub, and even a sauna, just a great place for a ski vacation. Will be booking for a return for sure.
Our family of 8 adults stayed for the weekend and really enjoyed this condo. The location is amazing and there was plenty of space for each of us to both find privacy and gather for meals. Great communication with property owner.
The property was perfect for our ski-in/ski-out preference. All 5 of us had more than enough space to spread out and relax. The kitchen was very well equipped for our needs. The views, deck, hot tub, and sauna were outstanding after a long day skiing/boarding. Maureen and Dana were very responsive and available, communication was outstanding. I would absolutely rent this property again.
Great ski house, very close to the trail. Looked as advertised from the pictures with good amount of space to spread out with a nice fireplace, hot tub, sauna, grill and pool table. Thank you Maureen!
Maureen was excellent and responded to our questions within the hour. She will treat you like a friend.
The place is massive and everything is in excellent working order.

Couldn’t access the property upon arrival. Door code inconsistent with the documentation. Other than some minor issues with the condo we really enjoyed our stay.

Wow -incredibly difficult
The property owner sent an additional 3 page contract that she required I sign, despite the different terms vs vrbo contract (ie number of guests allowed). Also included was some ridiculous language that if the snow cloud came and we did not move cars (say on slopes) that would be charged, among many other things. Refund/cancellation was refused an option.
I’m not even kidding when I tell you she sent me 15 emails (literally) with different topics that needed amending, such as a witness for the contract signature and resending in a way her “software worked” because she couldn’t open the jmage. All this for a TWO night stay.
Once there, place is pretty nice, location good on mountain. Not exactly ski in ski out but a short walk/hike. Can be tricky if snow to get to slopes via foot. Definitely tricky without 4wd in snow. Other than the sauna not working, everything else was OK. We did not mess with the TV because there were warning notes about a $50 fine if the input source was not changed back to exactly where it was. A whole list of additional rules, policies and fines for breaking any of these rules was left on the table.
I’m sure Maureen is a fine lady, just seems a little over-protective to rent property. The constant heckling/oversight, rules and emails became so extreme that my group found entertainment in it, so that was a plus I guess.

This response is to a review a tenant left for me. The tenant wanted to stay in the condo a few days prior to arrival. I agreed to let her stay and said I would forward a lease contract to her to sign. The lease contract states the rules and regulations not only set up by me but also by the Town of Killington and the HOA management association. After I managed to get the cleaning people to reschedule their cleanings, she then wanted to cancel the booking as I think she found a cheaper condo to rent. I have a no cancellation policy for reasons like this and also because I cannot control "Mother Nature" as to the snow conditions. The prices on the lease agreement match VRBO prices. The tenant was not coming to the same numbers since she was not adding in the security deposit in. The lease agreement requests the total number of guests staying in the condo as I am only allowed 8 guests. I needed to know how many guests were coming as the cleaning help works around this number with their times and schedules. The tenant was very vague as she didn't know how many guests would be coming but it was confirmed later. Lease agreements cannot be sent out to me by pictures as I cannot print out a picture and read it. There is a $50 parking fee for illegally parking due to tenants coming up and parking in the adjacent owner's condo. There is no fee to move the car if the snowplow comes by. In terms of the TV issue, a lot of tenants come and plug in their x boxes for their kids to play and forget to change it back to the cable channel. The next set of tenants will come up and not know how to operate the TV. The tenant stated the Sauna did not work. The sauna does work and the directions explain how to use it. The sauna is on a timer and if the tenant turns it to the number 1, it will take an hour to heat up.... The lease agreement needs to be signed along with a witness signature. This is protection for me to insure the person renting the condo is who they say they are. Lastly , the condo is located up Sunrise Mountain. This is why the views are excellent. The plowing company is superb that plows the roads but if driving up in a snowstorm it could be little tricky.
Third time renting and will likely continue in the future
This unit has a great mix of bedrooms, bathrooms and fantastic views from the deck. The property owner is easy to communicate with and a pleasure to deal with.
Please take care of the place if you stay here, as it is clearly owner occupied for much of the time.
Process was straightforward, simple. No issues. Non refundable status made me pause in this Era of Covid but ultimately it was the only place i found that could host 8, slopeside, with private hot tub so I bit the bullet and hoped for the best.
Other than having expected guests canceling and leaving me with the bulk of the bill, the place itself is wonderful, everything was as described although slope access can be challenging in deep snow. No clear or visible path..... Basically trudging in deep snow until you reach trails which are nearby.
This property exceeded all our expectations. Its beautiful, specious, super clean and very cozy. The unit has everything unit you need for a fun ski get away. I'm so glad we chose it and will definitly return. I highly recommend it
Unit was perfect for our family reunion ski trip, ample room for group dinners apres ski, and hot tub/sauna were a big plus. Thanks for a lovely getaway Maureen, everything was even better than advertised!
This is a great condo on the Bear Mountain side of Killington. The property is well kept and clearly the owners use it themselves a great deal of time. Don't hesitate to rent this unit and please take care of it as if it were your own.
All I can say is Wow! My family and I were looking for a true ski in ski out vacation and this property exceeded our expectations in so many ways. This property was very unique as it's positioned on the edge of Bear Mountain and also Sunrise Village. You just walk outside with your ski boots on and hit the slopes within seconds. It was perfect for our young children and very easy to take breaks in the middle of the day. The hot tub, pool table and sauna made it very fun for everybody. There was plenty of space in more beds than we needed and the best part is there was a mud room to keep all your ski stuff and right when you walk in the door with tons of hooks and storage. The homeowner, Maureen was amazing and helped us with all our needs and local information. You really can't beat it. We will be back for sure. - A very happy renter
The place was truly ski in ski out, big enough for our group of 9 and Maureen was extremely communicative. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay in your amazing home!
This was a wonderful trailside condo, steps to the trail. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and Maureen was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend this Ski On Ski Off condo.
We loved the property. Used the amenities like hot tub, sauna, and pool table. Amazing views of Killington. Loved to sit and watch skiers on Devil’s Fiddle. Great ski in and ski out.

Why they chose this property
We chose this property because of its unparalleled access and views to the mountain! Killington. It accesses 3 trails, a beginner's trail (free of charge) to Sunrise Mountain and an easy trail to Bear Mountain. It also accesses an intermediate trail to Bear Mountain. When Sunrise Mountain is closed due to lack of snow; our condo access Bear Mountain. Therefore, no transportation vehicle is necessary. It is less than 4 hours from our home in Rhode Island and has an excellent reputation for its snow making.
