This spacious remodeled 2 bed 2 bath apartment has a private entrance and two full baths. We're located in a small multi-unit property with 4 apartments in the building. This apartment is on the top floor with only 1 small shared wall.
The full address is: 3880 Shasta St #C3 San Diego, CA 92109
The parking space #3. We are located off Shasta St in Crown Point / Pacific Beach, San Diego, CA.

Please leave the house in the same condition you found it as when you first arrive

I over all loved our stay but the only thing is neighbors were intoxiced and extremely loud making a mess outside with a suitcase n leaving it out there. Besides that i absolutely loved the place the area was great easy to get to everything most definitely would stay here again

Loved the stay and would happily return. Great location with easy access to all major attractions and airport. Having parking was essential for us and the until was very well equipped. This second floor unit has great wifi & tv connections with lots of air conditioning. Thanks Brandon.

Cute little stay! We had 3 teens 13,14,15, and had enough room to spread out. Misconception on the couches, we thought they were pull out but ended up using the air mattresses. Very close to bars, restaurants, easy walk to the bay, would highly recommend to stay here!

Great location and ease of access. Very comfortable beds. Brandon was very responsive to all the communication I had with him. I would suggest adding a blender or Ninja blender to the property for those travelers who like to make protein smoothies/shakes. Everything else was great!!

Host was timely with all communication. I'm still waiting on my very large security deposit from VRBO which I am very unhappy about it taking anywhere longer than a week at most after I checked out and unit cleaned. Timely security deposit return is what could be improved!

Staying for San Diego Comic Con

Place was quiet and very comfortable! It is also walking distance to the beach! I loved how cool the house was despite the humidity outside. It was also in a very safe neighborhood. A safe place to bring your family for a quick getaway.
