Villa of 45 m2 approximately, all comfort, 3 rooms + large mezzanine, for 6 people with garden, beautiful terrace, awning and permanent BBQ, deckchairs, garden furniture.
Recently renovated accommodation, close to La Clape, 800 m from the beach and 600 m from shops and restaurants in a small, quiet residence.
Air conditioner
Mosquito nets and large closets in the bedrooms
Shower room with separate shower and WC
TV with TNT decoder in living room and mezzanine
Duvets and pillows are available.
Bed linen and towels are not provided.
NB: the cleaning will be carried out by the tenant.
Weekly rental only, from Saturday to Saturday.
