About this property

Remodeled 3 Bedroom and 1.5 bath Tranquil Home

Enjoy this recently remodeled home painted in earth tones, hardwood engineered floors, white trim, remodeled bathrooms, new carpeting, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Wifi and central air. Master Bedroom has a Queen bed with an attached half-bath and the other two bedrooms have Doubles. Home provides shampoo, conditioner, dish/hand soap, laundry detergent, garbage bags, paper towel, fresh linens, light cleaning supplies and coffee for your initial stay.

The space:
There will be weekly or bi-weekly cleaning determine by the guest for guests staying over a 7 day period. During Winter season, there will be snow clearing provided as needed/required. The neighborhood has a weekly trash pick-up. Concierge service is also available upon request. Check-in time is after 3p CST and check-out time is 12p CST on the final day of your stay. For flexible check in/out times, please inquire. The home also comes with a keyless entry for a flexible check in/out time for yourself without you having to worry about keys.

Guest access:
You will have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage. There is also a finished basement to the home with access to the washer and dryer. The driveway is able to fit four cars in total.

Great location, comfortable stay!

Overall I was very happy staying at this property! The neighborhood was very quiet; in fact, I heard less noise here than I do at my own home out in the country. Everything was in great condition, furniture was all very comfortable. The property owner and manager were both very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

Cozy Clean Home

Lindsey was a great host with a cozy home in a safe neighborhood big enough to accommodate my family. I can honestly say that there wasn’t anything I felt I was missing. We were 7-10 minutes from downtown. Which was perfect, because I wanted to go to the Third Ward area and check out the Public Market and the river walk. The house is about 5 minutes from Walmart if you need essentials as well as other fast food and restaurants. Perfect location for our short stay. I plan to make it a yearly thing to visit Milwaukee and would definitely check and see if this house is available. Thanks Lindsey

Best home away from home

From booking to checking out we were completely satisfied. The owner took a lot of time and effort to see that the house was equipped with all of the comforts of home. Very clean and homey. We will definitely be back.
