Ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. What a pleasure to have the beach at the end of your garden, as much for adults as for children!
New luxury residence with lift ideally located in the heart of downtown Propriano, feet in the water.
Air-conditioned apartment of 72m² on the ground floor, with 22m² terrace and 40m² garden, direct access to the Mancinu beach, very close to the Marina, the Nautical base, shops, bars and restaurants ... Private parking space. Free internet connection. Linen (sheets and towels) provided.
The rental has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms with double beds and their private bathrooms with walk-in showers. The third bedroom is equipped with bunk beds for children.
The living room offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the mountain.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Laundry room with washing machine and freezer.
Teak terrace with dining area for 6 people, with electric plancha.
The garden allows direct access to the Mancinu beach by taking a staircase of 4 steps.

Excellentes vacances dans cet appartement face à la mer. Les photos et le descriptif sont conformes à la réalité. Emplacement idéal : centre nautique et de plongée sur la plage; port et commerces à quelques pas. Nos enfants ont adoré. Il y a un peu de bruit dans la journée à cause du centre nautique mais surtout à cause des scooters des mers mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. À recommander et à renouveler sans hésitation !!!

Die Lage ist perfekt mit direktem Standzugang. Der Eigentümer hat uns zum Empfang eine Flasche Wein und etwas Süßes bereitgestellt, herzlichen Dank dafür. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin war sehr herzlich. Alle Fragen wurden immer schnell beantwortet. Sie hat sogar angeboten, ein Paket an ihre Privatanschrift schicken zu lassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Notre sejour entre amis avec un petit enfant s'est passé à merveille! Localisation parfaite: les pieds dans l'eau, 1 min du club de plongée de Propriano et quelques minutes du port et des commerces! Appartement parfaitement entretenu et fonctionnelle pour 2 couples et un enfant. Merci

Le côté magique d'une location les pieds dans l'eau

Proche de toutes commodités, restos, bars, magasins à 3 min à pieds Une vue magnifique avec l'accès direct à la plage, quoi de plus sympa que de boire un l'apéro sur la terrasse, de se lever et d'être dans l'eau 20 secondes après Appartement très fonctionnel, propre, avec tout le nécessaire pour effectuer un bon séjour. La climatisation individuelle dans les chambres et le salon est un pur bonheur Je recommande sans aucune hésitation A 1h d'Ajaccio,1h15 de Bonifacio et 1h25 de Porto vecchio, nous avons certe fait beaucoup de voiture pour visiter la Corse du Sud, mais le bonheur de se baigner en rentrant effaçait vite cette contrainte. L'accueil de Saïda était parfait avec en prime quelques mets locaux offerts par le propriétaire. Bref pour résumer, le côté pieds dans l'eau a été décisif pour le choix étant donné que nous ne recherchions pas dans ce coin de la Corse, et nous en sommes amplement ravis.

Un appartement très agréable

La situation géographique de l appartement très proche de la plage, mais aussi du village est ideal pour tout faire à pied. L Appartement aménagé avec goût contribue au plaisir du séjour. Merci également à Saida pour la qualité de son accueil et son écoute. Seul bémol, c est le bruit des scooters des mers du centre de location très proche ( dans la journée) Mais globalement un séjour très agréable et je recommande cet appartement

Superbe séjour à Propriano

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique à Propriano : le logement est superbement placé au bord de l'eau, très agréable, très propre, très bien équipé, aménagements modernes. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par une personne prête à rendre service. Séjour parfait, très reposant, avec commerces très accessibles et ballades assurées autour de Propriano, surtout avec véhicule. Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps !

Tout d’abord appartement situé à côté du port et du centre de PROPRIANO. Sa proximité de la plage est formidable. Appartement très bien équipé à tous les niveaux. Disponibilité de la personne sur place parfaite si souci. Une attention du propriétaire très appréciable à notre arrivée. Je recommande vivement !! Ps : compagnie de moustiques mais bizarrement ils nous piquent pas 😂. Ce ne sont pas des moustiques tigres comme sur le contient.
