Stay in peace, 150m from Aber, its small beach and the GR 34, which brings you directly to the Dunes of Sainte marguerite, renowned for the purity of its landscapes, Kitesurf and Windsurf spot, suitable for swimming, on the loin coast, ballads, and shore fishing.
Very large uncapped living room, open kitchen, L-shaped terrace allowing you to enjoy the sun from morning to evening. 2 large adult bedrooms, and 2 teenagers / children bedrooms, 2BATH (1 balneo)

We leave you our house, ideal for 2 families with children. It is organized around the large living room, a large American bar, many openings, a dining room with table for up to 12 people, a large living room with large sofa and hammock seat, everything is conducive to conviviality! Outside you can enjoy the terrace from morning to evening, and the children can enjoy the garden and the swing. In the evening you will appreciate the charm and warmth of our aperitif corner until sunset, while preparing the barbecue. You also have a shed to store your bikes, or others ... and a double car port to park your vehicles there.

Excellent séjour dans cette grande et belle maison avec 3 terrasses au choix selon la météo locale dans le calme d'un quartier résidentiel. On y a merveilleusement bien dormi et profité de la mer à proximité pour des vacances familiales réussies !

Wunderbares Haus mit Panoramablick

Sehr großzügiges Haus mit Sonnenterrasse, großem Garten und tollem Blick auf den Aber Benoit. Das Haus wird von den Eigentümern grundsätzlich selbst bewohnt und das merkt man an der liebevollen und stilvollen Ausstattung. Gigantisches Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und großen Terrassentüren. 3 kleinere Schlafzimmer mit großem Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss, 1 großes Zimmer mit breitem Doppelbett, eigenem Balkon und kleinem Badezimmer im Obergeschoss. Außen eine riesige Holzterrasse mit Esstisch und Loungeecke. Sehr ruhige Lange am Hang, etwas abgelegen, aber gut erschlossen. Insgesamt ein fantastisches Haus mit toller Lage, tadellosem Zustand und super netten Gastgebern. Hinsichtlich der Bettengröße ist eine Belegung mit max. 6 Personen optimal, ansonsten wird es in 2 Schlafzimmern etwas eng. Absolut empfehlenswert.
