About this property

House and terrace with sea view in Aber Wrac'h

Come and enjoy all year round the comfort of a completely renovated house with an exceptional panoramic view of the sea, the entrance to the Aber Wrac'h marina and its surrounding islands. From this former customs house overlooking the Aber you will see fishing boats, boaters and sailing schools pass by. You will feel like you are living on a boat or on a small Breton island with its pedestrian alley on the south side.

The house can accommodate up to 4 people and has on the ground floor an entrance veranda, a fitted and equipped kitchen, a living room, a living room, 2 terraces with sea view with garden furniture and deckchairs. A shower room, sink and toilet are also on the ground floor. The 2 double bedrooms are upstairs. A 3rd bedroom with sofa, shower, sink, toilet and laundry room are in an outbuilding on the ground floor and opposite the entrance. In addition, a private garage under the house (opposite the public car park) is available to store bicycles, motorcycles, a caravan and other leisure equipment. You can also charge electric bikes if necessary.

The house will ensure you tranquility, calm and rest. It is tastefully furnished and decorated, in a seaside spirit combining modernity and noble materials such as lime and hemp. It is functional, bright and comfortably equipped to make your stay very pleasant in all seasons.
Linen is provided. Beds are ready for your arrival.

100 m from the house you will access the marina with its restaurants and craft shops as well as a beautiful white sandy beach (the Baie des Anges).
The coastal paths of the GR34 will invite you to beautiful walks on a peninsula where you will discover the wide open spaces of wild dunes (the dunes of Sainte Marguerite) and the great beauty of the landscapes changing according to the tides and the light. In addition, beginners or experienced sportsmen and women can indulge in water activities (windsurfing, kitesurfing, kayaking, catamaran, diving, etc.) or discover the Abers by bike and hiking.
The nautical clubs will allow you to rent equipment and do internships.
A playground is available for young children, on the port, near the bike and kayak rental company (Méli Melo) and the artisanal ice cream Pokou! 2 km away you will find a bakery, a butcher and a mini-market.

Our stay at Karine‘s House was perfect. Karine was a perfect host, the house is perfectly situated with a beautiful view and very quiet, a few restaurants in walking distance, kitchen very good equiped. There a a lot of nice sites and beaches nearby.

Amazing Spot for Nature Lovers

We enjoyed the best coastal view we ever had at a Brittany home. The house is spotless and provides everything for a relaxing vacation. Karine is supportive and an excellent host. Thank you!

Beautiful house with phantastic sea views

The description is absolutely correct, a beautiful house with stunning sea views that are a pleasure to watch from the two terraces. The hosts welcomed us although we came a day later on a Sunday and even helped us with our luggage. Aber Wrac`h in summer has all you want and in nearby Landeda there are bakeries for fresh bread, a supermarket and a nice street market on Tuesdays. The area is also good for hiking and there are boat trips from the Marina to surrounding islands. There is also a large water sports center.

Perfekt für Menschen die die Abgeschiedenheit suchen. Der Ort selbst ist sehr überschaubar, dennoch gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war top. Alles in allem sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Quel paysage !

Excellentes vacances ! Point de vue extraordinaire également admiré avec envie par de la famille venue passer une soirée avec nous à la location. Accueil fort aimable et bienveillant des propriétaires. Petit bémol, les escaliers intérieurs, raides, devraient être mentionnés dans le descriptif ... Mais vraiment, location magnifique !!!

Merci beaucoup pour votre retour et d'avoir choisi notre maison pour votre séjour. Nous comprenons que la pente de l'escalier ait pu surprendre. Il est vrai que cet escalier est un peu plus abrupt que ceux que l'on trouve dans des constructions modernes. Cela s'explique par le fait que notre maison est une ancienne demeure de douanier qui surplombe l’Aber Wrac’h. Deux rampes sécurisent l’escalier. Une chambre est disponible au rez de chaussée. Nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau lors d'un prochain séjour.

Séjour de rêve face à la mer

La description de l’annonce est tout-à-fait exacte. Nous avons passé une semaine idyllique, dans cette maison apaisante et ressourçante, véritable petit nid douillet face à la mer. Ce que nous avons apprécié le plus: l’équipement fonctionnel, la luminosité , le décor d’un goût exquis , la douceur des chambres qui invitent au repos, les terrasses bien aménagées et enfin la proximité du port d’Aber Wrach et des restaurants ainsi que du sentier de randonnée. L’escalier d’accès à la maison est un peu raide mais très court et on s’y est vite habitué. Merci à Karine pour son gentil accueil plein de prévenance.

Spot de rêve

Jolie maison de pêcheur bien équipée et décorée avec gout. Grande terrasse pour profiter d'une vue fabuleuse sur l’Aber Wrac’h. L’emplacement proche du port avec ses restaurants est également un plus. Accès direct au chemin côtier bref je recommande à 100%.

Einmalige Aussicht
