Well organized; treated well; great rustic property.
this is wonderful, rustic, small cabin. The star is the grounds - beautiful feel and a friendly group setting. We enjoyed our stay - and life on the river - very much.

Working with Courtney was very smooth. The cabin was a bit cold for winter use. Floor and windows are not insulated well. The furnace had to run very regularly in order to keep the cabin warm. Aside from that the cabin was clean, well equipped, very comfortable to relax in after a day of snowshoeing. Only suggestion I would make is to provide a toaster to the kitchen. We had fun and would visit again in the fall.
