Private Beach in Bethany - sleeps 12+

Our family beach house has been where countless friends and family members have vacationed over the years. Between it's excellent location, NOT crowded beach, and it's open entertaining floor plan, our house works for both small and large families. The gated community keeps traffic to residents only making it a safe and friendly atmosphere for all.
When not on the beach the house let's you spread out between the 2 large decks, and very comfortable screened porch (with dining table, couches and TV), or relax under the house on the hammock or seating areas. Fully furnished, beach toys, supplies, chairs, umbrellas all included. Tennis & pickle ball courts in the community, 1 mile to town, restaurants and shops.

This poperty is fabulous! The house had everything you could possibly want for a beach vacation. The kitchen had every possible device for preparing a meal for 10 and the outdoor table(on the porch) accomadated our whole gang.The beach is only a short walk and the number of beach "toys" was perfect. Two comments: the proximity to route 1 made evening road noise a little annoying in the evenings, the neighbor to the left was a little annoying when we were making samores in the firepit. Overall this is a great property!

Perfect Family Vacation

We (4 adults, 2 children) stayed at the house for two weeks and loved it! There is a lot of space for a big group and the location can’t be beat. Patrick was very responsive and addressed any questions we had. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a great vacation in Bethany.

We had a great stay!

The house and community were great! There was more than enough space of all 8 of us and we loved the family feel of the home! It was a very short walk to the private beach and the house had all the beach amenities we could need! We would definitly rent this propert again!

Excellent family home

This is an excellent family home close to the beach with everything you could want at your fingertips. Fully stocked with chairs, umbrellas etc. for the short walk to the beach. We especially enjoyed steamed crabs one night and the kids loved making s’mores at the fire pit. An A+++ week at Bethany. Thanks!!!

Fabulous Stay

This house was perfect for our extended family spanning three generations. I hesitate to review it because I don’t want to increase the completion for next year. All of us (save the two-month old) voted unanimously to come back. Big, comfortable rooms. Lots of space for crying babies or afternoon naps. Massive, modern TV in the great room. A sort walk to a beautiful, quiet beach (easy to come back for that umbrella or chair you need). The owner was great and nearly instantaneously responsive. We will rent this house as long as they’ll have us.

Comfortable stay

Communication with the host was simple and very pleasant. The house was comfortable and had a short walk to the beach (which was beautiful). Loved the fire pit snd the abundance of living space nooks.
