The cabin was clean, and really cute. We had everything that we needed: plenty of towels, and paper products, dishes and cooking utensils. We were a little short on wash cloths, but we managed. We were in town for the IHC convention, and we liked that we were only 2 miles from the Convention Center. The driveway was very scary, and there are a few things that need repair, such as the handrail going into the house, the fireplace does not heat up, and the rollers on the dishwasher rack were broken. We probably won’t be staying here again, since there are too many stairs to climb for people in their 70’s. This cabin would be great for younger families, though.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We're sorry you didn't like the stairs to get into the cabin - we try to make sure guests have an understanding that the entrance is up the deck stairs with our exterior pictures in the listing. As for the fireplace, it's not that it wasn't working for you - it had already been shut down for the season when you visited and was never intended to work.

Needs some upkeep. Was clean but banister was loose, kitchen sink barley had any water, window screens were falling out, floor board in kitchen was coming up. Having a 1 year old and all the safety issues was not the most enjoyable.

Megan, I'm sorry to hear about these issues as you didn't mention anything during your stay. For future reference, don't hesitate to reach out to hosts as we would be happy to get someone out there to fix whatever was wrong.
House was nice and fit enough got into the mountains scenic views. The perks of the game room, hot tub, fireplace and space for everyone was nice. The driveway was extremely difficult and scary. Definitely hard.
Very nice, clean property with lots of amenities. Well stocked and great location. Only drawback was the driveway. Definitely should have rented a car with better tires to handle it, but it is similar to all in the area. We loved being so close to town, but not right in the middle of touristy hustle and bustle. Great 5 star host with quick communication.
Yes the host was very hospitable the house was very clean nice water leaf. There was an issue with the bathroom door but the host got someone to come fix it very quickly enjoyed this day very much. Host answered back very quickly when the issue was brought to their attention. They had towels for the hot tub as well as towels and washcloths to bathe with. It was all stocked up with silverware dishes dish soap. When traveling over in this area I would enjoy staying here once again.
We loved the cabin. It was peaceful, quiet and just right for our group. The pool table was widely used and the space was family oriented. The driveway was tricky, but we managed.
The cabin was very nice could use updating towels and shower curtains. Only a few jets worked on the hot tub and half the remotes did not work for TV but the cabin was big enough and the communication was great too
Beautifully snuggled in the mountains close to all that Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge have to offer. Driveway was interesting. We had close observation of three different bears!
We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was easy to find, the communication from the host was great, and everything in the listing was very accurate. The cabin itself is quiet, family-friendly, and just a few minutes from town, which made it a great home base for our trip. The only challenge for us was the driveway. It’s extremely steep with a sharp turn, and the best way to get up is driving the first part and then reversing through the second. We spun our tires a couple of times, and the neighbors who share the driveway almost slid off the edge during their attempt. Because of that, we personally wouldn’t stay here again. Besides the driveway everything else about the stay was wonderful! Our 3 boys (9,15, &16) barely left the game room. The hot tub was clean and warm. The fireplace works great at hearing the living room. My wife loved the Christmas decor as well!
We had a fantastic stay. As everyone states the drive was is a bit tough, we had a mini van so it took some figuring out. We did it! We got a chance to see a bear pretty close. The kids enjoyed the game room and hot tub. The beds were on the soft side which the kids have been talking about since we left, they loved them!
We had a fantastic stay in this cabin! We ran into 2 minor issues (no fault to the owner), the owner was very responsive and came to a quick resolution. The driveway is a challenge, but you do get used to it. Thanks for a wonderful say!
It was the perfect little get away spot. We enjoyed all of the games provided. The hot tub was relaxing.

Thanks for the review - glad you were able to get in and enjoy it before all the coronavirus craziness hit! Please come back any time once things get back to normal
We loved staying at this cabin! The driveway is a bit tedious to maneuver in a loaded mini van but a higher sitting SUV or truck wouldn't have any issues. Beautiful sounds of the brook below was so relaxing. I would stay here again.
We highly enjoy our recent stay at this cabin. The bears that visited the area were definitely the highlight of our trip. The cabin was perfect for 2 families. The game room and hot tub were hits with everyone. We Loved it!!!
