We are pleased to welcome you to Clos Verdi; haven of peace and greenery.

The house built in the 1980s has a living area of 100 sqm. She understands :

The house, next to ours, is on a plot of 500 m² fully fenced (we have our own garden).
Access for people with reduced mobility is possible because of its construction on one level.

The house is fully air conditioned and equipped with good central gas central heating for fall, winter and spring.

The swimming pool (private use) is in front of the house. It is natural chlorine and is equipped with an alarm.
Its size is 9m x 4m, and its depth is 100 cm / 190 cm.
You have at your disposal chairs, coffee tables and a large umbrella.
The garden and pool can be lit at night.

Stayed in this property 4-11 August 2018 with husband and two teenage sons. Location is very good, ten minutes flat walk to beautiful town St Rémy de Provence. Outdoor area is really lovely. Very secluded, peaceful. Great pool. House would benefit from air con, Bruno ( very nice & helpful owner ) is going to be fitting this soon. It was a particularly hot time in Provence. The house is good but would benefit from a couple more comfy chairs if there is more than 2 staying. Also there is no English TV. There is a DVD player but no DVDs so need to bring some films if you want to watch anything. Overall very good. Would recommend. Thank you Bruno.

Wir verbrachten 14 Tage anfangs Juli, in diesem schönen, erholsamen Haus mit Umgebung. Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt. Das Haus und sein Aussenbereich entsprechen vollenz der Ausschreibung. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Das Städchen Saint Remy mit Bäcker/Wochen-Markt in angehnemen 10min, fussläufig, erreichbar. Jederzeit wieder!

Schönes Haus in hervorragender Lage

Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, ist aber dennoch so zentral gelegen, dass man die Innenstadt von St. Remy sowie einen Bäcker fußläufig aber sehr gut erreichen kann. Supermärkte wie ein Aldi/Bioladen oder ein Intermarche sind mit Auto in 5-10 Min erreichbar. Es gibt einen privaten Autostellplatz. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern (im Nachbarhaus lebend) war hervorragend. Bei Fragen bekam man stets umgehend eine Antwort und bei der Anreise war das Haus bereits klimatisiert. Das Haus selber entspricht weitestgehend den Fotos im Internet. Es gibt 4 Schlafzimmer (2Dz und 2 EZ) mit guten Betten, ein Badezimmer und eine separate Toilette. Der Wohn-/ Essbereich mit offener Küche ist großzügig gestaltet. Die Küche könnte überholt werden, denn an der Seite des Spülbeckens blättert die Farbe der Kacheln ab, dir Abdichtung zur Wand ist nicht lückenhaft. Die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs sowie der Schubladen hätte besser sein können. Das Mobiliar insgesamt wäre renovierungsbedürftig. Beispielsweise sind die Stühle im Wohnzimmer durchgesessen und der Bezug nicht sauber. Bei einem Einbauschrank fehlt eine Tür und die verbliebene ist mit Vorsicht zu bewegen, bei einem Stuhl fehlte eine Armlehne. Der Garten selber ist liebevoll gestaltet und wunderschön. Man kann abends bei einer herrlichen Beleuchtung draußen sitzen. Der Pool ist wunderbar, unsere Kinder (und wir) haben es sehr genossen dort zu schwimmen. Die Lage des Obejektes ist zur Erkundung des westlichen Teils der Provence wunderbar. Man erreicht binnen einer Stunde alle interessanten Ziele und der Markt (am Mittwoch) in der Stadt ist toll. Wir können das Objekt empfehlen und bedanken uns bei den sehr netten und aufmerksamen Gastgebern für 3 schöne Wochen!!!

Hervorragendes Ferienhaus

Das Haus insgesamt ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Geräumige Schlafzimmer, geschmackvoller Wohn-/Essbereich, Küche sehr gut sortiert. Bad renoviert. Einzige Kritik: Die separate Toilette ist sehr klein und noch nicht renoviert. Außenanlage mit Pool wunderbar, Garten sehr gepflegt. Alles zum Wohlfühlen. Kommunikation mit Vermieter perfekt und schnell. St. Remy (Zentrum) fußläufig in 15 Minuten zu erreichen.

Belles vacances en Provence

Agréable séjour dans la maison qui est très fonctionnelle (sur un seul niveau) et principalement dans le jardin magnifique et sa belle piscine . Dommage, les quelques jours de mistral ont bien rafraichi l'eau ... qui est restée assez froide après. Un bémol aussi pour les remontées d'odeurs dans la douche . Nous en avons fait part au propriétaire qui d'autre part a été très accueillant et a mis à notre disposition une plancha bien pratique . Nous gardons cependant un très bon souvenir de cette maison .

En effet, j’ai constaté que la membrane filtre du siphon de la douche avait disparue… problème corrigé avec la pose d’une nouvelle membrane Wirquin.

La maison est idéalement placée a 5min à pied du centre de Saint Rémy. Nous avons profité essentiellement de l'extérieur qui est juste parfait : belle piscine, jardin au calme très bien entretenu où l'on trouve toujours de l'ombre tout au long de la journée. La maison est très bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire en très bon état. Les propriétaires sont très discrets et très sympathiques. Bref un super séjour. Merci!!

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Bruno. Principalement dans le jardin qui est très agréable tout au long de la journée et où il y a suffisamment d’ombre pour les enfants. Nous étions deux couples avec 2 bébés et 1 enfant en bas âge.

Unser Aufenthalt im Clos Verdi erfüllte unsere Erwartungen im hohen Masse. Das Haus bot alles was es braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen - gute Betten, eine komplett eingerichtete Küche und ist generell freundlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, möbliert und grosszügig. Wir genossen das Baden im sauberen Swimmingpool und das Wasser hatte eine angenehme Temperatur. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, das Zentrum mit den Restaurants und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Den Vermieter und seine Frau, Bruno und Katharina, erlebten wir als sehr unaufdringliche, liebenswürdige und hilfsbereite Menschen. Wenn es uns möglich ist, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Très agréable séjour en famille, le jardin avec la piscine est un vrai petit paradis.

Wonderful Visit!

Our 12th visit to our favourite French town, St Remy de Provence. Bruno, the owner replied to email queries promptly. We were delighted when we arrived. A lovely, well equipped house, with a beautiful garden and pool. Bruno tidied the garden and the pool early most mornings and was on hand, with his lovely wife, Katrina (sorry if spelling incorrect!) to help with any problems - not that there any really, just the usual wifi problems which were quickly sorted. An easy 10 minute stroll to the centre of town which is perfect for visiting the market and the multitude of restaurants and shops. We highly recommend it as an ideal base for visiting a beautiful part of Provence. We would love to return!

Vacanza bellissima....

Io e la mia famiglia, mio marito e i nostri ragazzi,abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana a Clos Verdi a Saint Remy . La casa di Bruno e Katharina é molto accogliente, molto ben arredata ed equipaggiata di tutto quello che può servire, compresi lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè e locale lavanderia. Il giardino é superbo , non ci sono parole per descrivere la bellezza e la comodità della piscina solo per noi. La Provenza é una regione da visitare non una sola volta, noi speriamo di ritornarci in un prossimo futuro. Consiglio a tutti Clos Verdi se amate l' eleganza, la tranquillità e il relax di una casa provenzale questa fa per voi. Inoltre un enorme grazie ai proprietari persone riservate , ricche di consigli e super disponibili. A presto. Giovanna e famiglia❤

Zum Anfang unserer Reise gab es einen sehr freundlichen Empfang! Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft gelegen unweit vom Zentrum von Saint-Remy. Vor allem der Garten und der Pool hat diesen Urlaub traumhaft gemacht. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und freuen uns schon wieder zu kommen!!

Unforgettable Stay!

We stayed at the Clos Verdi for 5 nights on a two week trip to Europe. By the 3rd night, we had tried to cancel the rest of our trip so that we could extend our stay at the Clos Verdi! The owners were enormously welcoming and clearly took a lot of pride in the their home and community. The house was beautiful and well maintained, complete with a wonderful private pool and large backyard garden with dinner table. The house had every amenity you could require, with a full kitchen that we used every night. The surround community of St. Remy is by far the most welcoming, active, interesting area that we have ever visited. The house is a 5 minute walk from downtown, where there are countless amazing restaurants and shops. Also, the house is a mere 15 minutes from great hiking and countless vineyards are less than a hour drive. Whatever your interests are, this area has it. (Check out the local market on Wednesday morning!) We would highly recommend staying here again and in fact, we are already planning our return trip!
