perfect place in the Provence

tiny house for 4 but just fine, all modern equipment to have a comfortable holiday. Swimming pool more than big enough for lots of fun. Owners very nice and cooperative. We had a pleasant staying here, nothing to complain, ended the holiday relaxed with a smile!

A perfect stay

We had a wonderful stay of six nights at this property, which exceeded our expectations. Vincent and Katie were charming and helpful hosts, who spoke excellent English. Finding the property was easy using a Waze link sent by Vincent. The pool area was stunning. As there is only one rental unit, we had it to ourselves. The property consists of a decent sized bedroom with double bed, a kitchen/lounge with a sofa bed and a bathroom with washing machine. We ate most of our meals outside by the pool. The facilities were fine for two adults and two kids (aged 11 and 7), and would be perfect for a couple. St Remy de Provence is a short drive or 25 minute walk. It’s a charming town and a great base from which to explore Provence. It has the best supermarket we’ve experienced in all our travels in France (an Intermarché). We definitely intend to return. wundervolle Lage

Die ruhige Lage der Wohnung ein wenig außerhalb von St. Remy de Provence und am Fuße der Alpilles ist perfekt, um direkt von der Wohnung aus mit Wanderungen und Radtouren zu starten. Das große Außengelände mit Pool nutzt man allein, da es keine weiteren Ferienwohnungen dort gibt. Man hat also eine große Auswahl an Sitz- und Liegeflächen, um die Ruhe zu genießen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief sehr gut und unkompliziert. Die Größe der Wohnung ist für zwei Personen ausreichend. Als erste Mieter zum Saisonbeginn 2025 haben wir die Wohnung zu zweit für eine Woche über Ostern bewohnt und mussten leider feststellen, dass zuvor keine Grundreinigung stattgefunden hatte.Während des Aufenthaltes haben wir gegenüber dem Vermieter die folgenden Mängel angegeben: Feuchtigkeit an einer Wand im Schlafzimmer, einen nicht funktionierenden Fernseher und einen nicht ausreichend kühlenden Kühlschrank. Nach erfolgter Behebung dieser Mängel – die uns der sehr freundliche Vermieter zusagte – werden wir die Unterkunft sehr gerne noch einmal buchen!

Il signor Vincent è molto gentile ed accogliente, l’appartamento è piccolo ma fornito di tutto, ideale per 2 persone ma va bene anche per 4 perché all’esterno c’è un ampio spazio. Molto bella anche la zona piscina. Zona silenziosa e tranquilla in mezzo agli ulivi ed alla pineta. Posizione strategica per visitare tanti luoghi di interesse: Arles, la Camargue, Avignone, Les Alpilles, ecc. ecc.

Einfach wunderbar

Uns hat es richtig gut gefallen, inmitten von Olivenbäumen eine Oase der Ruhe. Sehr nette Vermieter, man hat trotzdem sehr viel Ruhe. Eine tolle Stadt, man kann sehr viel erkunden oder einfach nur die Ruhe genießen. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Ruhe mitten in Olivenbäumen

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Ein kleines, hübsches, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus, umgeben von Olivenbäumen. Von den Eigentümern auf dem Grundstück sieht man und hört man quasi nichts. Bei Bedarf dennoch ist die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer schnell, effizient und höflich. Mit dem Wagen ist man in zehn Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt.

Oase der Ruhe

St.Rémy ist eines der bezaubernden typisch provenzialischen Dörfer am Fuße der Alpilles. Etwa 2 km vom durchaus loebhaften Ortszentrum entfernt liegt in Mitten von Olivenhainen das Anwesen mit Haupthaus, in dem die Besitzer wohnen und dem Nebengebäude, das vermietet wird. Schlafzimmer und Wohnküche, beide Räume mit Klimaanlage, für ein Paar ist der Platz vollkommen ausreichend. Zumal man sich überwiegend im Freien aufhält. Direkt vor dem Häuschen ist eine große Terrasse, von großem Sonnensegel beschattet, hier sitzt oder liegt man zu schön. Da das Haus gut 50 m von der kaum befahrenen Straße entfernt liegt, hört man von Motorengeräuschen ... nichts. Es gibt in der Nachbarschaft - die ja in allen Richtungen mindestens 100 m entfernt ist - keinen Lärm, keine nervösen Hunde, keine Maschinen. Es ist ein Ort der Stille, allein die Grillen intonieren ihr friedliches Konzert. Der Pool ist groß, sauber und "gehört" einem quasi allein. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, gleichzeitig nahezu unsichtbar. Zur Küche: Backofen, Mikrowelle, sehr großer Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, E-Herd mit zwei Induktionsplatten. Wir hatten fast jeden Abend mit den auf den Märkten erstandenen Viktualien, die dort in schier unglaublicher Qualität angeboten werden, gekocht. Ob es auch was zu kritisieren gibt? Wir haben nichts gefunden, hatten auch nichts gesucht.

Petit gite (qui nous semble) récent, fonctionnel, propre et bien équipé, idéal pour un couple. l'extérieur est tout simplement parfait : 2 terrasses bien orientées, une grande piscine (avec belle profondeur), un jacuzzi, endroit calme dans une grande propriété et proche du centre de Saint Rémy. A recommander !

Endroit superbe

Après un très bon accueil de la part de Vincent et Cathy, nous avons pu savourer le calme. Juste le chant des cigales et le vent dans les oliviers. Vue sur une oliveraie . Impression de bout du monde. La piscine est juste magnifique. La location est très fonctionnelle et indépendante. Elle est très bien équipée . Bonne literie. La localisation permet de découvrir cette belle région. À pied nous sommes à peine à 2 km de Saint Rémy de Provence . Que dire de plus ! Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour . Merci à nos hôtes pour leur gentillesse et leur réactivité au moindre de nos besoins.

Séjour en Provence

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la petite maison de la famille Aprin.Les terrasses sont grandes et vu le beau temps, nous vivions un maximum à l extérieur car pour 4 personnes, le logement est petit. Le calme et la tranquillité recherchés étaient au rendez vous. Merci à Mr Aprin de nous avoir reçu plus tôt que prévu. Le logement est super bien situé pour visiter la région et ses merveilles et la grande piscine partagée avec les propriétaires nous a bien rafraîchis avec ces chaudes journées.
