Large villa for 16 people. The villa has 2 plots, 2000 m², which is quite rare in Moraira, a large outdoor space completely isolated from the neighbors. 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms. On the top floor: living room, dining room, American kitchen opening onto a large terrace facing the sea, where I personally love having breakfast there; 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the 1st floor: 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms opening onto another terrace which overlooks the swimming pool and the garden. On the ground floor: 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom overlooking the 10X5m pool, outdoor shower. Next to it is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, oven, hob, fridges, etc. barbacoa, large bar, table for 16/18 people and deckchairs. Lawn area to relax in the shade of palm trees. 900 m² pine forest where children love to play, table tennis. Lower down, a volleyball court where you can play pétanque. Parking for cars. The villa is located in the town of Bénissa but is closer to Moraira, district st. Jaime, quiet area in a dead end, close to shops 500 meters. Golf and tennis 400 meters with restaurant overlooking the sea. A beach 900 meters away, 10 minutes on foot, with a restaurant under the trees facing the sea. Water sports in Moraira. For walkers, there are beautiful walks in the mountains, with small typical restaurants. Moraira, a former small fishing port, is now a very pleasant small resort.

Great house and host

we had a great stay in the well-equipped house. the grounds are beautiful with great plants and options for some activities. Before the trip I was able to organize everything with the landlady without any problems and our local contact was also very nice. Overall everything was very uncomplicated

Spacious villa with great outside space and terraces, ideal for families. Outdoor kitchen facilities are excellent with plenty of crockery, etc and the interior kitchen, although hardly used by us, is also well equipped. The bedrooms are of mixed size and decor, with some having the wow factor but a couple in need of modernisation. The pool was a good size, and not too cold, with beautiful surroundings. The area is very peaceful and it is a short walk to some nice family friendly restaurants or a short drive to Moraira which is a very picturesque town.On the downside, at the time of reservation through the UK version of Vrbo we were not informed that there would be additional charges for linen (160)and cleaning (300). We had already made our initial deposit before these charges were mentioned by the owner and although she said we could bring our own sheets, etc, that was not practical for a party of 12. Obviously, in order for a holidaymaker to budget accurately and make an informed decision, it would be preferable to have all charges displayed in English on the UK website at the time of the initial booking. Overall, though, we would recommend this villa but be aware in the summer there are a lot of mosquitoes in this area so sprays, etc are needed.

- der Pool und auch die Zimmer waren dreckig - Immobilie sowie auch das Equipment zum Teil im schlechten Zustand - die Waschmaschine war drei Tage defekt - der Abschluss draußen in der Küche ist verstopft und undicht - draußen in der Küche haben drei aus meiner Familie einen elektrischen Stromschlag von der Kaffeemaschine und der Spülmaschine bekommen. - Stromausfall im gesamten Haus ohne triftigen Grund - unangekündigtes Eindringen der Immobilienverwalterin - Unangemessenes Verhalten der Immobilienverwalterin

Wonderful large villa for groups of friends or family

The villa is beautifully decorated, comfortable and tasteful. The bedrooms are all air conditioned and spacious. There are plenty of bathrooms to go around. We spent most of our time in the outside kitchen which is very well equipped. We used the barbecue several times, which was fantastic! The pool is large with plenty of room for our whole group of 14 and the grounds offer plenty of space for children to play. The upstairs terrace has beautiful views and the living room and kitchen are great spaces too! All levels are reached by outdoor stairways and this might not be ideal for toddlers. The local supermarket is excellent, though you need to walk up a steep hill to get to and from it. The nearest beach, Calle de Baladrar is also a challenging walk so no good for older people or young children. It’s great for snorkelling though and we ate several times at the bar there. We walked and got the bus into Moraira which is a really lovely town. The beach is busy! All in all we had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend this villa. Thank you.

A wonderful, relaxing & perfect stay

The photos of this property do not do the villa justice - it is beautiful! Everything has been tastefully considered, the décor is simple and stylish and all rooms are beautifully spacious and the air con was very much appreciated in the August heat! The pool was warm and spacious enough for 10+ people to enjoy. There is ample seating and we really enjoyed the different areas we could relax and sit. The villa is located on a quiet residential street with stunning views of the sea from the top floor. One thing to note if you are travelling with young children (we had a 3 year old child) that there are a lot of stairs in this property all of which are only accessible from outside (there are no internal stairs in the villa to access each floor). We predominately used the outside kitchen as in high summer heat it was easier to stay on the ground floor but can imagine during cooler months the top floor kitchen would be lovely to use. Advice when cooking/using ovens is to ensure all air con is switched off otherwise the power will trip. We had absolutely no issues with the villa or booking, the only negative we found that there were no tea towels, or basics provided (salt, pepper etc) so we had to do a whole shop for all basics as well which we have never had to do when renting a large villa before which for a premium listing was a little disappointing. Aside from that the villa was immaculate and well equipped with cutlery, crockery, bedding, storage etc. We arrived a few hours earlier than the check in time and were kindly allowed to check in earlier which we really appreciated after a drive from the airport. Half of the guests arrived from Alicante, half from Valencia and we both arrived around the same time (approx 1-1.5 hours drive) Frédérique was a perfect host, helpful with any queries, quick to respond to any questions and had some great restaurant recommendations. Overall this was a fantastic holiday for our large family get-together and we highly recommend it! Thank you Frédérique for sharing your beautiful villa - we loved every day there!

Dejlig stor villa med fantastisk poolområd

Stor rummelig villa med masser af køkkenudstyr og mange værelser. Fine dobbeltsenge i forskellige størrelser, og 2 værelser med enkelte senge, som dog står sammen til en dobbeltseng. Generelt dejlige lyse værelser. Aircondition på alle værelser. villaen er flot moderniseret. Der er en del store masterbedrooms med tilhørende store flotte moderne badeværelser, som er virkelig lækre og store. Der er også et par værelser, som er lidt mindre men stadig fine værelser. Her boede børnene :) Dejligt poolområde med poolbar, køleskabe og komfur samt stort havebord med stole, her tilbragte vi det meste af ferien. Dejlig stor pool og udendørsbruser. Der er tre etager: Stueplan: hvor pool ligger + 1 stort pænt værelse med stort badeværelse. 1. Sal: 2 store flotte værelser med tilhørende moderne lækre badeværelser + 3 værelser og 1 mindre badeværelse med bruseniche. 2 sal: stort køkken og stue + 1 stort lækkert værelse med flot moderne badeværelse + 1 værelse med mindre badeværelse med bruseniche. Fra 2 sal kan man se noget af havet. Der er en dejlig udsigt fra 2 sal. Det var også fedt, at man kunne gå ned til hovedvejen, hvor der ligger en del restauranter. En gåtur på 10-20 min til rigtig gode restauranter. Sød vært som svarede hurtigt på spørgsmål. Vi havde en dejlig ferie og var 4 familier med store børn.

Superbe villa

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa de Frédérique, la villa était super propre et conforme à la description et très spacieuses, nous avons passé la plupart de notre séjour dans la cuisine d’été très spacieuses nous étions 15. Idéal pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille. En recommande absolument!! Ps : Katia qui nous a accueilli a été très attentionné et bienveillante quant à nos besoin!

meget fin bolig, hvor der var alt hvad vi havde brug for af køkkenredskaber. det betød meget, da vi selv lavede mad. vi kan anbefale boligen til andre familier.

Mooi huis maar prijs was te veel hoog

Elektriciteit sloeg af en toe uit ligstoelen waren versleten en vuil stoel op teras waren ook versleten bovengedeelte was in Order maar werd niet gebruikt omdat de groep te groot was
