The villa was spacious and had everything we could have dreamed of in terms of amenities and equipment. The pool and outdoor areas were fantastic, clean and well equipped with sunbeds for everyone. The view was superb! It definitely exceeded our expectations

Family holiday

As two families staying at this villa we have had a fabulous time! Villa very well equipped and beautifully decorated, enough space for all ages to enjoy. Kids loved the pool and tv room when it was too hot and us adults enjoyed cooking on the BBQ!

Everything we needed

This was a lovely property and had everything needed for the eight of us. I would recommend it ! Having booked this before the pandemic, the owners were very understanding, which took the pressure of making any travel decisions until the last moment Great times

Family get together

Loved the villa! Very well presented from the minute the door opened out into the garden. We were greeted by Stuart the manager who was very helpful, showing s around the villa and suggestions of restaurants to visit. We loved Katmando. We felt very at home in the villa, everything we needed was there.

Fabulous

Having holidayed in Moraira for the last 40 years this has to be one of the best Villa's we have stayed in. Spotlessly clean, exceptionally well equipped and having quality bedding and towels. Added to this our host Stuart was very welcoming and helpful. Always on hand should we need assistance or advice, nothing was too much trouble. Look forward to a return visit!

Simply outstanding

A wonderful property in an excellent location. Owners were quick to respond to booking requests. Excellent Villa host in situ - flexible regarding check-in, very responsive to any queries and instantly available to resolve any issues. The villa itself was second to none; excellent amenities and extremely high standard/specification throughout. Very comfortable beds and all en-suite bedrooms. 2 families stayed at the property (9 people in total) and there was more than ample space not to feel crowded at all. Overall an extremely enjoyable stay & absolutely hope to use again.

Fantastic Property. Awesome Location!

Wonderful villa with lots of room for the whole family to have their own space but yet still be together. We look forward to the opportunity to return at a future date. Lovely double bed en-suite rooms to the first floor. Outrageously amazing ground floor accommodation providing outdoor and indoor space to relax around the pool. I should have perhaps used the well equipped gym more often but I was on holiday. Superb villa not to be missed!

super holiday

We had a lovely time at this villa - it was superb for us with 2 adult children plus partners, and is big enough so that everyone had their own space to retreat to if they felt like it. The villa is very well equipped for self catering. The pool is fabulous and lots of pool toys are provided together with a table tennis table and gym. Stuart, the manager, was excellent and very attentive and always responded to our queries very quickly. We had a problem with the dishwasher/quooker, but this was quickly sorted out and was not an issue. We would love to come back to this villa!

record rain... but great family getaway

the villa provides everything needed for a great holiday base ...private location, fabulous views across the bay, comfortable accommodation and great pool. Our stay coincided with the last heavy rains of the season but the villa is spacious and well equipped to cope with enforced confinement! As the villa is on an elevated site I would recommend transport for those with mobility issues as it offers a good cardio workout when returning by foot! Any issues that we had were promptly addressed by Stuart the local manager

Amazing villa , swimming pool with perfect view of the sea .

Good points : -The sitting area on the terrace is perfect with the view of El Portet beach and the port of Moraira, this is very relaxing. -The gym area is very good 😉 - They're 5 nice bedrooms with their own bathroom . - Shane responded very fast when we asked a question. Things that can be improved : -The barbecue was a bit dirty when we arrived, we had to clean it. -The jacuzzi only worked partially , we did not feel the jets.

Fabulous !

The villa is so great and so pleasant to stay in ! We really enjoyed the pool and all the equipments. Beautiful sea and mountain views ! Nice and very helpful managers. We had a fantastic time in Moraira and really hope to come back in the next years.

Prachtige villa en locatie

De villa heeft alle faciliteiten om van je vakantie een droom te maken. We waren er met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen. De vijf badkamers (bij elke slaapkamer) zorgden voor de nodige privacy. De speelkamer bezorgde onze kleinkinderen heel wat mooie momenten. Ideaal was het groot terras met ligbedden en lounge vlakbij het zwembad. De bbq is een leuke extra. Heel attent was de aanwezigheid van enkele noodzakelijke voedingswaren om de vakantie te starten. Communicatie met eigenares, Lisa, verliep optimaal. Zij antwoordde altijd heel snel op alle vragen. Kortom, TOP villa!!!!

The great villa experience

Villa superbement située au sommet d’une montagne offrant une vue époustouflante entre montagne et mer. Villa très bien équipée et gestionnaire au top 👌🏼. Amazing 😉 and I’ll would like to thank you the owner and the manager of the villa for their kind support and their availability for us. This is the best manager ever and actually it is the best villa where I stayed at. Every thing was wonderful, amenities, high class equipment and what about the view ... just so wow 🤩 We got a lovely holidays. Cheers

A beautiful luxury villa

We are a family of five consisting of two adults and three older teenagers. We had a fantastic family holiday in beautiful surroundings. The villa exceeded our expectations, furnished to a very high standard with everything catered for. A fantastic welcome pack was provided containing high quality products, and the villa was equipped with an abundance of items that made the stay incredibly comfortable - from fantastic kitchen appliances, a well equipped gym, and fantastic outside space for dining, relaxing and fun in the sun. The villa catered for adults and kids alike. A short walk to the beautiful el Portet beach, with Moraira town a comfortable walking distance along a beautiful coastal path. We've stayed in a number a excellent villas over the years and this certainly ranks amongst the best . We'd have no hesitation in recommending this villa.
